A special mention for Harry from De Beers Selfridges. I pretty much knew what engagement ring I wanted but with my fiancé located abroad and travel restrictions following the second wave , I thought it would be an impossible task for us to get the ring we wanted. Harry made it all possible , and the process was easy and effortless. Great communication throughout and we finally took delivery of the ring a month ago. The ring is what I would expect from De Beers. But what singles them out from their competitors is their excellent customer service and their willingness to go that extra mile and make it that bit more special for you. We were so impressed that we ordered our wedding bands from them : we didn't even bother shopping around.

My fiancé and I had the best experience at the DeBeers boutique in Selfridges. Susan Bonassi was looking after us and she provided such a personal experience. From start to finish Susan ensured that we had everything we needed to make a decision on which wedding bands we wanted and provided expert advice so that we were able to make the best choice by going through the different varieties of rings on offer. We didn’t feel any pressure from her and nor did we feel rushed, instead Susan made sure that we had made the best decision by allowing us to try many options on and also ensuring the the wedding band was a right fit for my engagement ring. I would definitely recommend this boutique to everyone in search of an engagement/wedding ring as the customer service is incredible and makes such a special moment in your lives even more special and memorable. We bought my fiancé's wedding band from De Beers in Selfridges. We couldn't decide between the 5mm and 6mm widths but they didn't have the 6mm in store, so Susan in the store was brilliant and ordered one from Texas for him to try. This was in November so we couldn't try it on until this weekend with lockdown, but she kept it for us to try on which was fantastic. Completely stress free and beautiful jewellery, he is very happy with his little hidden diamond!

Thank you so much to Jenny Chan at De Beers for her fantastic help in arranging a necklace purchase. Initially, I visited De Beers in Selfridges inquiring about a necklace I had seen online, which was only available in White or Rose Gold. Jenny was very helpful from the moment I stepped foot in the store, offering to inquire as to whether the necklace could be made in Yellow Gold. Within days Jenny had arranged a special order for the necklace. Jenny was very efficient in arranging and processing the order, providing regular updates and organising the delivery. This was all arranged remotely, as well. The necklace is gorgeous - I am really pleased with it and was very impressed by the customer service. Thanks so much Jenny!

I had the pleasure of being served by Luke and Orla. My girlfriend had a brilliant fitting experience with Orla and I subsequently went in to place the purchase. Orla was able to provide key information and offer perspective which enabled my girlfriend to also select the style that she preferred. During the purchase, Luke shared his breadth of diamond knowledge and ensured I had all the information required to make the best decision. Luke provided key comparative information as well as showcasing the differences. Whilst making the purchase with Luke, I felt confident in my decision and was never pressurised in making a purchase that was beyond my budget.
