I had an excellent service with De Brilliance when purchasing an engagement ring for my fiancé. All of the team were very kind and assisting but Faz was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in particular. He quickly helped me design my ideal ring and look through suitable stones based on my requirements and budget. The ring was crafted and ready in less than two weeks and looked absolutely beautiful. Faz was also very helpful with the aftercare and resized the ring for us free of charge as I didn't know the exact size. I'll certainly be going back for the wedding bands!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, bespoke diamond ring, look no further. Faz and his team made the most stunning trilogy ring (as an upgrade to my engagement ring) which couldn’t be more perfect. Faz’s honesty and integrity is unparalleled, and was able to source the most stunning stone with near-impossible parameters. Faz always looks for the best stone possible for the specification and budget you have in mind to deliver the most special piece of jewellery at a very fair price. After months of browsing in Jewellers, in the lanes in Brighton and Hatton Garden for months tirelessly before that, we just weren't getting the feel from any Jewellers, let alone see the ring she wanted. My fiance was very particular about what she wanted (Although we weren't even engaged yet.) The band had to be a certain width and the diamond had to be emerald cut. It became clear the ring was going to have be bespoke. I'd also done my research online on Blue Nile to know the raw commodity price of the diamond, size & colour. It can be very overwhelming when everyone is coming at you with Diamonds and offers. Until i stumbled across FAZ. Faz has a shop inside one of the galleries' in HATTON GARDEN, LONDON called DE BRILLIANCE JEWELLERS. He took time to listen to what i wanted without any Sales bravado. Under no obligation to buy, i took Faz upon his offer to make a Dummy ring and Computer simulation of the Design. I was impressed. This felt right. I was comfortable with the price and the service was relaxed and just what i wanted. Even after visiting De Brilliance a few times by the end of the process, Faz remained professional through to showing my fiance the design process, the GIA certificate and that the serial number on the diamond matched everytime. But mainly to make sure she was happy with it herself! It was resized a couple of times at no hassle also. Thank you Faz and team, we will be back for our Wedding Bands after the Covid 19 period.
