Superb service! Pritesh guided me through the whole process of designing a bespoke wedding band that fit perfectly with my wife’s engagement ring. He made the process so easy, he understood exactly what I was looking for and made me feel confident in my choices. The whole process took just under 4 weeks from design to the final piece getting it’s hallmark and in the post. My wife and I, are so glad we chose Diamond Boutique, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing service. If you are thinking of going anywhere else DON'T waste your time & money! I cannot recommend Pritesh @ Diamond Boutique enough! I sent across the design I was looking for and he recreated it exactly! And to top it off the diamond they used is incredible! I've never experienced such honest, warm and knowledgable customer service. DB focus of creating exactly what you want, without compromising. Very easy to deal with and very patient (there were one or two changes from the original request/design). The communication throughout was brilliant. The end product was so beautiful and well crafted. My now fiancee has the ring of her dreams and she cannot stop looking at it. Pritesh took away the stress associated with buying a diamond ring and always made me feel reassured and answered all my questions and gave honest advice. I had a very specific and unique ring design in my head that I wanted, and after numerous consultations with other companies that honestly seemed like they had no idea, I got a recommendation to use DB. Pritesh was just amazing, he was so patient and understanding of my requirements. Him and his team provided multiple 3d modelling videos as I was unsure what design I was looking for. A lot of other companies charge for this service and would definitely not have been as kind. The rings I have purchases are just stunning and I highly rate Diamond Boutique's service.
