V.Like many newly engaged couples before us, we wandered around the world of Hatton Garden and were enticed into shops promising the best quality diamond rings at a fraction of the cost supposedly charged by other shops. Save yourself the stress, heartache, time and effort and head straight for Durrants. Tom of Durrants helped us to design our dream engagement ring and wedding rings within 90 minutes - 3 weeks later, they were delivered and they were absolutely perfect. The finished rings were better than I had ever imagined they would be and look far nicer than the rings that had inspired me in the designer shops in Bond Street worth 5x more. There was no stress - the whole process was straightforward - no delays and no wasted effort.
If you're going to wear a ring for the rest of your life, you have to love it and I couldn't love mine more.
O. F.You can spend hours walking around Hatton Garden, and not find anything close to the quality of Diamonds you can get in Durrants. I went into maybe 15 different shops looking for the perfect pair of stud earrings for my wife, and despite some shops having impressive (on paper) diamonds, they lacked the shine and fire that I expect from something of their grade.
Tom and his family really understand how to choose diamonds for their looks rather than their certification, and so with their extremely scrupulous procurement process, you can get a larger diamond which looks better for the same money that you'd spend on higher (on paper) specifications. When I saw the diamonds that Tom had in store I immediately knew that they were the right ones, and even purchased a second pair sight unseen as I was sure they would also be equally as beautiful. The pictures and video aren't able to do these diamonds near enough justice, but I guarantee that if you stop at Durrants on your visit to Hatton Garden, you will not be able to get their diamonds out of your mind. You've made one very happy customer and I will for sure be back again.

Throughout the whole process, from advice on different styles to stones and then tailoring and customising a design to fit with my needs, Tom was always quick to respond, honest and incredibly helpful.
