We’ve just picked my engagement ring up from Eternal Jewels, after having them make me a lovely new setting and I couldn’t be more happy with it. Both Lee and Lewis were very helpful, Lewis discussed settings and then Lee made the ring up. We shall certainly return, I only wish we’d bought our wedding rings from them.

For one of the most important decisions in my life there was only one jeweller I could trust with creating our engagement ring. I knew the service and craftsmanship would be exceptional but Eternal Jewels surpassed all expectations. We had a very specific design in mind, Louis and Lee guided us through the entire process. Can I give 6 stars? We have had two experiences with Eternal Jewels. They made my partner a signet ring for his 30th birthday, and he loved it so much he went back there for my engagement ring. Their expertise, workmanship & friendly nature made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. What can I say about Louis and Lee at Eternal! These guys are very welcoming and friendly, I had two diamond rings and a pair of diamond stud earrings hand made by them and the expertise and knowledge they had was amazing, they took the time to explain and show you how the items would look. There customer service is fantastic and they offer very good value for money. I am absolutely over the moon with my jewellery and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and I will certainly be back! I wanted to upload a picture of my rings but couldn’t do it!

I have had the pleasure of Knowing Lee and Louis for 25 years from the very beginning they have always been customer focused they share their knowledge and expertise whilst always listening to the client and you are treated wonderfully. Their craftsmanship is second to none I can honestly say that I would never buy jewellery from any where else. Over the 25 years I have been very privileged to have had several pieces made for me . Recently I acquired a ring which even though I was grateful for , did not look right with my eternal jewellery , with my dilemma I went to see Lee and Louis as always we discussed options and to cut a very long story short they redesigned the ring added some diamonds to it and I collected it today and it looks amazing .

I had my engagement ring made by a jeweller in Brighton,but unfortunately it was badly made and set and the ring looked like nothing I had asked for. As the diamond we bought was GIA and good quality, I decided to find another jeweller to make a bespoke ring for me from scratch. I was very worried ,as I had already had a bad experience before,but from the moment I visited Lee at Eternal Jewels I knew my search was over. Lee patiently sat down with me and went through every detail of what I wanted. He did a drawing for me, and even made suggestions on what would look good or what not to have. I had a phone call a week later,to come and view a silver cast of my ring and then two weeks later my platinum setting was ready. Lee took my old ring,and set the diamonds into the new setting. I picked my ring up today, and when the ring box was opened, I was totally blown away. I was so blown away,that I cried with happiness and relief. My ring was perfect. Every detail I had asked for was included, and it made my engagement special again. Eternal Jewels was also very reasonably priced. Thanks again to Lee and the team for making my engagement ring perfectly.

I've just collected my ring from Eternal Jewels and I'm so pleased with it. It's perfect! I was having a ring reset for my engagement ring and I worked with Lee on the design. He was patient, helpful and really understood what I wanted. I would highly recommend them as a jewellers, not only is everyone I spoke to incredibly helpful but the quality of their work is fantastic!

I have been going to Eternal Jewels for a few years now and although we have bought a few items elsewhere, nothing looks as good as the items I have from this jeweller. I find their level of customer service excellent. They will happily clean jewellery bought from them whilst you wait and check the settings are all still perfectly in place. I have requested they take apart a ring bought elsewhere and rebuild it in platinum for me and upgrade the diamonds. Lee has given me a great idea of how it will look using other pieces to explain in detail to me how he thinks it will work best. I am really happy with the way things have been handled. I have bought a number of pieces here and will continue to do so. The most important thing to me is that I can ask to look at/try things on and there is no hard sell. They take the time to explain the carat weight, metal type, etc in the items so you know what you need to know to make a fully informed decision before investing your money! I hate feeling watched and pressurised in any shop but this doesn’t happen here which with the beautiful craftsmanship and quality of the items available is why I keep returning. Thank you ! Just an update - I have collected my ring that has been rebuilt today and it looks better than I could have imagined. I am over the moon with it! It is finally the ring I always wanted. I have also collected 2 pairs of earrings that the guys have modified from studs to drops for me and a pendant that I specifically asked to be made to match some earrings I purchased from Eternal’s. Every item is perfect and more than lived up to expectation. Thank you Louis and Lee :-) (I had added an image of my broken ring before I gave to Eternal’s and an image of the rebuilt product)

I used Eternal to make an engagement ring, I know a little about diamonds, Cut, Colour, Clarity... and together we found the perfect diamond that was right for what I needed. The end result was better then i'd hoped and at a great price. If I'd gone to Tiffany's or somewhere like that I know id have paid for the name rather then the ring it self. I only say that as i worked for Ernest Jones for 5yrs and the mark up they put on sub-standed stones and precious metals is alarming. They are now making our wedding rings, and have service my Omega (Sea Master) watch. Their Customer service is outstanding as they are all highly experienced gemologists, I wish all businesses where like this.
