I went to Hatton Garden looking for an engagement ring for my partner. Feeling quite overwhelmed the guys and girls at Flawless spent a lot of time with me explaining how it all worked and what they could do. Genuinely I was, by chance, looking in their shop window. Even though I said I wanted to look around after, they were not pushy and just very helpful. After discussing budgets they didn’t try to oversell me something and showed me what kind of diamond I could get and what designs would go with the type I had chosen. After spending hours wandering around I ended up going back to Flawless. Lila was particularly patient with me and after talking through what I roughly wanted she managed to find the perfect ring design for me and paired it with a lovely oval shaped diamond. The whole process was great, they kept in constant contact with me over WhatsApp, sent me CAD designs of what the ring should look like, after asking if they could reduce the profile of part of the ring they did it with no problem. Probably the bets example of their customer service was getting the ring to me in quick time. I was due to go on holiday to propose and I had left it a little too late. They were very efficient in getting it pushed through and I was able to collect it a couple of days before I was due to fly. Lastly the aftercare was excellent, ring resize and cleaning was done with no trouble and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better ring in the end and experience from them.

Could not recommend this jewelers enough. Miles was the polar opposite to most of the pushy jewelers on Hatton garden and was incredibly friendly and helpful. During my search I went to various shops in Hatton Garden, Flawless were the first I went to however and their service could Not be beaten. Lila was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was forthcoming with her advice and guidance in ensuring I got the perfect ring. Lila spent as much time as necessary showing me various diamonds that might match my specifications, ignoring my limited knowledge, and then moved onto ensuring the setting matched what I wanted. The after service was even better, receiving CAD drawings in a matter of days and the ring being completely immaculately within a tight time frame. Even after the purchase was completed they have checked in to make sure all is well and offer free Resizing should it be necessary. I would highly recommend using Flawless and Lila if you’re shopping for that special someone.

Best Hatton Garden Jewellers. Lila and the team at Flawless made a very daunting process an absolute pleasure. Lila provided the best service experience I've ever had, nothing was too much and she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I required the ring within a short timeframe and Lila did everything she could to ensure the ring was made and delivered on time (she even managed to get it to me a day earlier than expected!). The ring ended up being 4 sizes too big but that wasn't as issue, I simply sent it back and Lila and the team resized it for me without any fuss. I've never written a review before but Flawless deserve every bit of praise they receive. If you need jewellery, I cannot recommend Lila and the team enough, they're fantastic and you won't be disappointed.

After spending quite a while looking for the perfect ring and going to numerous jewellers, trying on what felt like hundreds, I finally had my heart set on one specifically…speaking to a friend, her sister has recently been to Hatton Garden to design her ring and had loved the experience so before committing we decided to go and see for ourselves. Flawless seemed to jump out at us most when researching with amazing reviews across all platforms and they had very unique and varied styles. We booked an appointment and had a great experience where we were just looking. Samba greeted us and was wonderful from the start. I showed him the ring I had my heart set on and he reassured me they could do better. He wasn’t lying. While we had just gone to do some research and look we ended up purchasing my beautiful diamond that day. We were shown a huge selection of diamonds to look at and discussed all their qualities. Nothing at any point was even slightly pushy, just exceptionally relaxed and informative. For a magpie, this was my dream. It was brilliant…but the fun was yet to start. We then looked at different rings in the shop and I discussed what elements I liked and didn’t like and what I wanted to incorporate into my design. Knowing that my ring is completely unique and I have designed it is the best part. We left the appointment and 3 days later had CAD designs in my inbox of what the ring could look like as well as a wax mould sent to my house to try on for fit and design. I had 3 moulds in the end before I finalised the design and size of everything including the ring size, the halo size and the band width etc…it was really a wonderful experience. The final part which made it even more special was that I asked it Flawless could share pictures and videos of the ring being made. It was magical to be able to watch the process and my ring come to life and even more lovely that I now have that video as a keepsake. Thank you again to the wonderful team and in particular Samba for the wonderful experience. I am quite intense with my level of detail and he was very patient throughout and exceptionally reassuring. We absolutely recommend and am now looking for any excuse to come back!

Me and my wife went to Hatton Garden to get a Ruby stone that would be set in a ring later for her. We tried so many shops and were shown very good stones but she decided to visit one last shop and it was Flawless. Staff is friendly and very professional. I had an old brooch containing a number of diamonds and rubies. They were expertly extracted, including a whole host of tiny diamonds that I assumed would be much too small to extract. Lila then helped me to create a platinum eternity ring, gold ruby ring and gold ruby earrings from scratch and they are all beautiful.
