I cannot emphasize enough how grateful and pleased I am with my visit to Fossil at Stratford today. Fossil is such an amazing brand and I can't believe that they took my old watch and gave me a new one at half price. All of this happened thanks to Wilson! Wilson was so patient and kind, he was really looking out for me and made sure to treat me well and special at every step of the way. My new watch was engraved and I will always remember this beautiful day at the store. Thank you so much Wilson for your dedication and kindness. I hope to visit Fossil again soon :)

What can we say! If you want impeccable, outstanding and all round excellence, head to the Fossil store in Stratford, where you will be served by two brilliant men, Ricky and Bryan. My daughter and I went there this evening to get our watches engraved and links taken out of the straps. Nothing was to much for Ricky and Bryan, they were so polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. These two men demonstrated a high standard of customer service and I do hope their company realiase what an asset they are and appreciate what they do. Beside the fantastic customer service, the shop was clean, tidy and well organised. I recommend that everyone visits Ricky and Bryan at the Fossil store in Stratford.

I came into store today with my Michael Kors watch. It was my 16th birthday gift from my mom. The strap was broken and I was quoted £80ish. I was served by Ali who found a solution by spending time to look for a spare screw instead of me actually paying for a new one. The watches do not have the best quality in the world, but they look good and are relatively inexpensive. On the other hand the leather bags are very expensive, but look really nice and well made.

I bought a black gen 5 Carlyle from this fossil store and the staff were extremely helpful due to my extremely skinny wrists I needed an extra hole punched in the strap which they were happy to do for no extra cost. due to my decision to buy this in store I was viable for 15% off. Took my wife's warch in to be repaired. The guys in the store were very helpful and was a very smooth process in sending if off for repair. Was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks, hiwere it only took 2 weeks. Was quoted N amount at the time and that's what I paid at the end. Thanks for the great service.

I visited the store on a Saturday to get my fossil watch battery changed and re-sealed to preserve the water resistance. Only to be told they don't change batteries on the weekend and it would have to be sent away for re-sealing, which would take 4 wks (so strange)! I found a quaint little place in Newcastle when I was visiting that done it for me in an hour. So fossil not only lost my money but warranted this review.
