My experience was entirely the opposite of the previous reviewer. I bought a bag for my wife in the Sale in March. The guarantee was 30 days, however the stitching started coming apart a couple of weeks later when we were in France, so I could not return within the 30 days. Although obviously not a good reflection on the workmanship on this particular bag (there will always be a failure rate on any product), I visited the store at 0930 (believing as per Google site it opened at that time) however the King's Road store doesn't open until 1000. However I knocked on the door and a very helpful man opened it and said no problem come in. He looked at the bag and agreed it was faulty. He offered replacement or repair. I said happy for replacement, but expressed some concern that it had happened because of a design fault. He thought it more likely to be an error in the stich- work. Unfortunately he didn't have the same colour and finish in store, so he rang two other stores, and neither did they. I wasn't happy to accept a repair, so he gave a full refund. Customer service on this occasion could not have been better. My wife has purchased shoes and boots here previously and we will certainly buy from this store again.
