Due to COVID restrictions, I wasn't able to visit Frosts of London. I spoke to Louis via phone and chat and even though I wasn't looking at buying from his store, he was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products on display there and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, Highly Recommend I found Frost of London website by pure accident while looking at different watch deals on the run up to Black Friday and they had a great deal on Graham Chronofighter watches at 50% off. I will admit I had to check up on the company as the old saying if the price is too good to be true it usually is but in this case I am very happy to report this was a legit website and store in London. Placed my order on the 22 November in the evening, received an email the next day to advise the watch had been shipped and it arrived before 9:00am on the Saturday 24th. Packaged very well and was brand new not even an ex display model which I would have thought would have been the case for the price, comes with a nice folder with invoice and a message to say thank you. The service has been excellent from start to finish and I recommended the site to a work colleague who also made a purchase of a Perrelet Turbine which was also the best price in the U.K. from any jewellers, he is very pleased with his purchase. I will be buying again from Frost of London and they will always be my first choice when looking to add a new watch to the collection.

I have had the best jewellery purchasing experience ever with Frosts. The item I ordered was out of stock , Louis sourced one had it in stock within a week and managed to still meet my deadline. He was without a doubt brilliant to deal with. The bangle was beautifully wrapped and came with a wonderful keepsake gift card which we will always treasure. I will undoubtedly return to Louis and Frosts whenever I am in the market for a new trinket or two. I cannot recommend Frosts and Louis highly enough.

I have ordered my watch strap of FROST this has been 3 months and no sign of it after repeat phone calls there is a lady who is dealing with my complaint she has advised there has been a back log.i spent over £500 for my watch strap was told 8 weeks it’s now on our 4th month they have offered me a 20% discount and told me to wait till the end of this month will keep you posted on the outcome.i have missed so much events with out my frank muller as the strap I have on there now doesn’t fit my wrist.and was looking forward to my made to measure crocodile watch strap ! I have now changed my review from 3* to 5*. When I made my initial complaint an employee named apna contacted me and gave me a more realistic time scale as to when my strap will arrive. Within that time scale my strap was delivered. I was also given a 20% discount due to the delay and as a complimentary aftershave was also sent to me. I am now happy that My matter was dealt with professionally and that the strap is now with me and I am able to wear it with my frank muller watch. Thank you Frost of London

I went there today a bought a strap for my Franck Muller! The two ladies that I dealt with were a pleasure to deal with, one was called ANNA and sorry can’t remember the other ones name, excellent service with a smile and a coffee!

This is a high end New Bond Street store offering a wide variety of jewellery and fine watches offered. The sales personnel there are courteous and helpful and partners Joe and Dino are most hospitable. For tourists, there is VAT refund. It also has an extensive online portal.

Great service, friendly staff my Franck muller needed to be repaired couldn't find anyone for over a year in U.K. Finally discovered frost they were very helpful got my watch serviced and new strap very quickly, reasonable prices in comparison to other places.
