After being told by many jewellers in Hatton Garden that the ring we wanted was too unusual, would be uncomfortable or wouldn’t suit my fiancé as she has “chubby fingers” (yes, one jeweller actually dared to speak those words) we were pleasantly surprised when we spoke to Imti at Galaxy Diamonds. Not only was he able to get the ring made for us, he also had pictures of a similar ring that he was making for another couple. He was also the best value for money and gave you his best price upfront without having to be told that “this isn’t really my best price, you have to ask my boss for my best price which you can’t do right now but when you order the ring” business that other jewellers had said to us. The service was excellent, CAD Drawings were sent within a few days and alterations were all made within the price quoted. A wax version of the ring was sent out to us so we could see what it would look like. Unfortunately these are very fragile and it broke but my fiancé wanted to try her ring to make sure it fit and suited her before committing. When I contacted Imti about this he told us not to worry and that he would get the ring cast for us in our chosen metal (platinum) so we could look at it and try it on. This slightly concerned me, as my fiancee has a high attention to detail and can spot things that wouldn’t bother the layperson so, what if she doesn’t like it or it needs some adjustments before she can commit or she just doesn’t like it after all having never seen any ring like it in real life. Imti replied to my concerns and said that my fiancé would love it and he would make sure of it (he really doesn’t know my fiancé ha) but confirmed that if changes needed to be made he would get them done, he wouldn’t set the stones just yet and we can come and try on the ring and then come back at a later date to collect the ring. On the day we went to look at the ring we had such a pleasant surprise because not only was the ring perfect, Imti had had all the stones set and presented in a beautiful box, hallmarked and ready to collect and my fiancé absolutely LOVED it!. It’s the “most beautiful ring she has ever seen” and she can’t stop looking at it. I would definitely recommend Galaxy Diamonds because the service that Imti and his team provided was amazing and the price beat all other suppliers by miles. We are so thrilled with our purchase. Imti was simply marvelous. I happened to wander through and struck up a conversation with him on my way to an appointment with a 'name brand' jewelers. He showed me different settings and diamonds and made me feel comfortable. When I told him I had to leave for the appointment, he said he'd stay an extra half hour in case that didn't work out. The appointment involved this nice lady turning her computer monitor toward me and helping me fill in the website choices. Was not impressed. Left there and went back to Imti who had indeed stayed. He gave me a deal on a diamond ring and then a copy of a ring I had but with a large diamond instead of turquoise. About a week later and the rings are gorgeous. More people should go to places like Imti's instead of the large chains. I truly appreciate Imti's personal touch and will steer friends his way.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The hospitality, the openess and honesty is something that was missing across the other shops. First things first... Make your own ring! It's greater value for money and more fun. Second, choose Galaxy Diamonds to make it. Walking into the Wonder Gallery on Hatton Gardens might feel intimidating as everyone tries to get your attention, but Imti and his colleagues (the first stand you'll see on your right hand side, entering via the door to the left) are approachable and offer fantastic customer service. When you're spending a pretty penny, a good experience is absolutely necessary. Most importantly though, Galaxy Diamonds provide the highest quality in execution of a ring design. We worked through a few iterations of the design together before Imti made the final ring. They source certified, fantastic quality diamonds and have a huge range of gem stones should you want something a bit different. Also, Imti managed to have the ring ready in a very short space of time. My wife and I went back to Galaxy Diamonds to make our wedding rings because we were so happy with the service.
