Great staff and great service. Took my Breitling 2008 watch in for repair and was given an estimated cost which I thought was very high, due to sentimental reasons went ahead with repair and service. I was delighted when I collected watch "it was like new". Not only was it repaired it was cleaned including removal of scratches from bracelet to the point it looked like new. In the end great value for money and treated very professionally by all at Goldsmiths Westfield

Spectacular service, came in wearing soaked baggy tracksuits and a crag hoppers jumper covered in dog hair looking to buy an omega. They were nothing but polite asking if they could help in any way. They didn't have any in store but redirected me after I asked. Would highly recommend if you like good customer service.

Had a great experience. Could not spare time, was rushing through. Done re-search online and for last 2 days was lookig for particular Rado watch Shop in central didn't had my desired one, haven't done much for me. One of the Westfield watch shops downstairs was closed on my early visit, second one couldn't care less about me and third store's salesperson had no desire in even making a sale Last stop was Goldsmith on floor above, they didn't had one I'm looking for, but sales advisor Graham took the time, spoke with interest and actually guided me towards a beautiful yet unexpected (for me) peace. And I'm enjoying it very much ever since. Thanks!

I found staff ok and very helpful. I did not get feeling they were looking down on me,unlike the Burberry Store in the Haymarket,where once was dressed in jeans with 15 grand in my wallet looking for trench coat and was followed round store and got looks when touching merchandise while rich looking?American tourists with kids dragging candyfloss across everything were deemed demi-gods. Goldsmiths gave me all the information I needed on blue Tudor Pegalos .

✔️♿ Easy wide open doors, wide walkways around the store. Came here for some Christmas shopping, the staff were very nice, not wanting to pressure you by approaching you straight away but still ready to help you. I was hoping to purchase an item in store however the item was only sold online, having to get it sent to the store is a bit of a pain as getting out to the store is a bit difficult.
