I've been looking to buy my wife an IWC Watch for her birthday. I found H&Y Jewelery who had a pre owned watch the same model which was described as new with all the correct paperwork and box it also came with 2 straps. Having never dealt with H&Y before we were very nervous. We are also still self isolating. The watch has been delivered today through DHL without drama. Great customer service and a fantastic selection of watches. Had an immediate issue with a watch I purchased (this was a qc issue and nothing to do with h&y as it was still sealed at purchase). I was immediately refunded without hesitation. The watch was returned to manufacturer for a warranty repair. When it arrived back in store I was contacted and offered a discount for my inconvenience if I was still interested. I was and the watch was with me the following day. Couldn't have asked for better service and will use again.
