We went to get our 7 month olds ears pierced after lockdown restrictions had eased. Even though the store was closed at around 8pm the night before I was able to look at the website and contact them via messenger in which I got a response within minutes. They were professional, clean and very friendly. The lady put my baby at ease, as well as doing a very good job. Would highly recommend as they were not only sanatary for covid, but extremely comforting for the process. Great customer service also as they got back to me soo quickly out of hours. Fabousl touch! 🙂
