They were very patient dealing with my severe lack of knowledge in the world of diamond ring purchases. I did not feel pressured to buy and was given a number of options to choose from.
They were able to deliver the ring within 1 week (right before Christmas!) and I was ecstatic with the quality of the ring and the diamond in it.

While I had an idea of the particular ring I wanted, these blokes took their time to educate me on the fundamentals of picking a diamond ring. Their live explanations were much better than all I had read online prior.

J. M.My wife and I went to Regency Jewels to enquire about having her engagement ring replicated with larger stones. We had never been able to find emerald cut sapphires elsewhere, but decided to see whether we could find one. Stephen met us at the door and not 10 minutes after explaining what we wanted we were amazed to find he had stones in stock and we were shown a range to suit our budget.
We also decided to have the stones from my wifes first ring made into a pendant so she could keep it, and Stephen had some great ideas about it. Its fair to say my wife was nervous about leaving her ring with them, but we needn't be, we are over the moon with our new ring and pendant.

My husband and I will be visiting again to pick one of his tennis bracelets and I am going to get a new wedding band designed. This is a trustworthy family business who are all absolutely lovely. The whole process was easy and straightforward; Mitchell was on hand to provide suggestions for the style of band and setting, which I found really helpful.
My ring was ready after about a week and the result well exceeded my expectations! Despite having had my grandmother's diamonds polished several month's earlier by a different jeweler, RJ made these stones appear completely new and I was absolutely shocked by how amazing they looked - it was night and day.

G.My Fiancé bought my engagement ring in Canada and I was so upset when the main diamond fell out - I quickly started searching for a reputable jeweller to fix my ring and found Regency Jewels - they were so easy to explain things through their instant messaging system and booked me in. My mum took the ring up to the store and had a complete once in a life time experience, they had her down in the workshop, petting their gorgeous dog and explaining that actually even the smaller diamonds were loose. They gave a reasonable quote for making sure the ring was better than new and said it would be 1 -2 weeks to fix. This drop off happened on the Thursday and by Monday I had the phone call that it was ready to collect - 3 days later it was collected and mended to an extremely high standard as well as polished and sparking! The gentlemen at the store could not have done more and offered to resize my Fiancés wedding band and offer a discount on a wedding band that I may choose in store. I cannot recommend this store enough for both quality of service and customer service - I will definitely be using them for any jewellery repairs and purchase. Thank you again Regency Jewels!

P. A.After a look up and down Hatton Garden it was clear to me and my GF at the time that the only place to go was Regency, massive range of jewellery and everything looked professional and amazing. Upon entering we dealt with Trevor and his knowledge and handling of us as customers was second to none. He explained everything perfectly gave us more options on the design we like materials and quality of stones, we finally agreed on a engagement ring and we went home with an engagement ring and all the official paper work quickly followed in the post. When it came to buying our wedding bands it was a easy decision straight back to Trevor at Regency, this time I was the one hunting for a ring to suit me (I don’t wear any jewellery barring the occasional watch) as my fiancé knew her ring would match her engagement ring. We tried a few on and then different shapes and designs and found the perfect one in the end and Trevor was always happy to get more designs out or explain what Regency and himself could provide. Trevor gave us an amazing deal on all 3 items, cleaned my partners engagement ring on every visit for free, and handled our engravings all free also. As we live in Colchester, he was also willing to get his brother who lives toward our way to drop off the rings if we would of liked. We decided to visit in shop and collect as dealing with Trevor was always a pleasure.
We would highly recommend Regency, all their staff was always very helpful on the phone and in store, but a special mention for Trevor.
We have since recommended the shop and Trevor to friends who are on the cusp of getting engaged. And will continue to do so! When the time comes to go and get an eternity ring, we will be seeking out Trevor at regency again.

I’d done a bit of research beforehand into what kind of engagement ring I wanted so was window shopping in the first couple of Jewellers and was completely overwhelmed by the amount of choice.
By the time I got to Regency Jewels I was beginning to feel a bit deflated but then Trevor popped his head out of the door and started chatting to me about what I was looking for etc., he was so helpful and I felt like he wasn’t trying to get the best deal for himself and just wanted to do the best for me which was really refreshing, I was so impressed with how helpful he was, I put a deposit down that day and the engagement ring ended up being custom made and the result was absolutely amazing.
My fiancé loves it and we went back for our weddings bands which again were customized to how we wanted them. I’m sure they will get a lot more business from us in the years to come! My wife to be seems to be very obsessed with diamonds now thanks to them doing such a great job! :-)

I visited a number of shops in Hatton Garden, many with inflated prices and obviously maximising on the assumption that those looking to buy haven't done any independent research, pressuring you into purchasing, refusing to let you think and threatening that it won't be in stock for much longer.
It was completely refreshing therefore when I sat with Trevor with my wife to be and looked over some potential engagement rings. Each was meet with open feedback and great humour, which inevitably lead to discovering the "ring of her dreams" ... subsequently named the "Bobby dazzler"...
I wish I could upload a picture of the smile you put on Jessica's face each and every time the light catches her ring!

Having previously brought our wedding rings from Regency my husband and I dropped off our rings on Saturday to be cleaned and picked them up first thing Sunday morning, they looked brand new!! I had enquired about getting our rings cleaned locally but various jewelers wanted to keep them for a week which I wasn’t happy about, so emailed Gemma and advised me that our rings could be cleaned and be back with us within 24 hours!! Fantastic service!! On a previous visit to Regency I had enquired about an enternity ring and a diamond necklace to match my weddding/ engagement ring, so when we was in there we asked if we could look these again and try them on, Gemma was fantastic ensuring I tried on all different styles and sizes. There was no pressure into buying anything while we was in there. We left the jewelers had a coffee and went back a while later and made a purchase of the diamond necklace, perfect for them special occasions!!

We originally popped in to have a look around and then after a few months decided that a bespoke ring would have to be made. We returned to Regency to be welcomed again by Arron. J. C.Just wow! We spent evening after evening online looking for the perfect eternity ring, and the only one we wanted was in America. We visited almost every shop in Hatton garden and couldn’t find anything which came close, until we found Arron at Regency Jewels. Most shops said they could make the ring we wanted but would struggle to find the Cushion shaped stones we wanted which aren’t that easy to come by. Most shops tried to encourage us to have round stones because they were easier to find in catalogues. Arron made such an effort to contact local diamond traders and managed to find 5 identical looking cushion stones which matched beautifully, and at an incredible price. He was patient with our umming and arring over the next few weeks and didn’t ever try and push us once. If anything, he was trying to save us money. What an amazing place - we will return!!!

J. B.Hatton garden can be a daunting place for the uninitiated but we are both very happy we visited trevor in regency jewels.
Trevor was very friendly, open and honest from when we first wondered into his store. Even though we were only looking, he spent time to answer all our questions and give us plenty of advise. The relaxed and friendly approach (which we didnt see in many places in HG!!) is what made regency stand out from the others.
Our ring is exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with the workmanship and design.
