Excellent service from very professional watch repair shop In-Time on the ground floor of Debenhams Oxford Street. Francois gave very good advice on a suitable watch strap for a treasured watch of mine, then went on to identify a fault in the fitting of the back cover on the watch. This had happened when having a new battery fitted recently on a trip abroad. I had spotted that the gasket was visible, which it shouldn’t be, but hadn’t mentioned it when asking for the new strap to be fitted. Even so, Francois saw it and replaced the gasket for free. That went beyond my expectations and I’m very grateful. Thank you very much, Francois!

Second time I’ve come in a year and I got immediate service, and my watches were either fixed or assessed free of charge. Francois, who is great, took care of me both times. Highly recommend, and I never leave reviews - that’s just how much I appreciate this watch repair place in central London.

I came in to get my watch strap reduced, expecting to have to drop it off and pick up later (considering it is based in Oxford Street and is very busy). I was served with a smile immediately at the counter, the watch was passed to their horologist who immediately started working on it, and did a great job within 5 minutes! All 3 staff were really friendly, and it didn't cost as much as I thought. 5 stars :)

I was very pleased to find this store, much needed in central London for repairs. I wanted to have an unused necklace altered to be made into a bracelet . Coralita was friendly and helpful in helping me. Kamran who did the work on the piece was highly professional . It was not an easy job, yet Kamran managed to do it, and not only that, he did it fast while I waited! I was so happy with the way the bracelet turned out, I wore it straight away! Big thanks guys :)

Fantastic service from Cameron at the Oxford Street Debenhams branch recently, who successfully shortened a men's bracelet for me. It was a complicated job due to the type of rivets used in each link. Cameron was very professional and time the time to fully explain the process to me. I am most grateful as the finished job was done to an impeccable standard and for a fair price. I can now wear my bracelet properly, as before it was too long. Will definitely be using In-Time Debenhams again and highly recommend. Thanks Cameron!

Just had a lovely experience here!.Had 4 watch batteries replaced in just 1 hour..thats just brilliant!. My wife and I were given free coffee vouchers to pass the time. The watches were also given a good clean and checked for any other issues whilst in their care. We dealt with Francois and his colleague (sorry I did not catch your name!) who both dealth with us in a very friendly and professional way. We will definitely be going back to see them next time we need a watch repair. These pair are ambassadors for your brand, keep up the good work guys!

Best place, best service , great experience. I have been searching for many years for a good watch repairs shop until I found in-time last month when I gave my Longings gold watch, my wedding present for battery replacement, after other jewellers qouted huge prices and long turn around (weeks), in-time did it for me within 45 minutes, almost half price, and gave me a voucher for free coffee at Debenhams cafe while I was waiting. Then I was informed they do jewellery repairs too, so I went back again to have my gold Ring resized which they have polished and plated it at no extra charge for me. The staff are well presented, Smart and polite, expert in what they are doing. Very pleased by the service,Highly recommended.

Took my Tag Heuer watch in for a battery replacement. Was served by Manissa who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Price was competitive, and the replacement was done within half an hour. I was even offered a cup of coffee while I was waiting. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My husband discovered this place initially when he took his watch. I then visited In-time with my watch because the strap was old and I needed to replace. The guy called Kamran does pay attention to detail. He spotted that my eternity ring on my fingure that had a stone missing. He even knew that my rings were 18 carat gold. Attracted by His in-depth knowledge about jewellery it was easy for me to leave my precious ring with him at In-time shop in Debenhams for repairs. When I came to collect my ring, it looked very good except for a minor issue but as soon as I mentioned it to Melissa in the absence of Kamran, she was on board with it and assured me that she would make Kamran aware. He phoned me when he got back and got everything sorted out just like that. Because of the honesty and integrity shown by One-time through it's staff to my husband and myself I can truly say that this the only place I will always bring my valuable items to be repaired. I then brought my engagement ring to Kamran and he sent it for repairs for me and diamonds were I was very happy with the service. Good customer care, professionalism crowned with a free voucher for a cup of Tea or Coffee from In-Time sums it all for my husband and myself. Thank you for your good service In-Time. They are really friendly and quick. The gentleman who served me let me know that watch repairs come with an 18-month guarantee and even cleaned my watch for me. Really happy with their services and would recommend going there over the others in Oxford Circus area.

I was very impressed with the attention and quality of service on a recent visit to the In-Time shop at Debenhams on Oxford Street. The Sales Assistant Francois was able to assess and repair my favourite Motorsport race watch which is over 40 years old but still in good condition... including calibration of the Chronometer.
