I recently had a two Emerald rings resized and repaired plus a bracelet repaired here. What a great experience! I was in a hurry and they agreed to do it very speedily They pay good attention to detail. They were really careful with my delicate pieces. I was totally surprised by how reasonable the prices were too. I will definitely be telling all my friends about this jewellery workshop and going back for my future jewellery repairs

Very helpful staff fixed one of my rings and made it the correct size super affordable way cheaper then other places plus they fixed it within a week . They also sell nice jewellery:)

I took in a number of pieces of old and antique jewellery, including Vintage bracelets, brooches and earrings to be fixed and repaired. I received wonderful information and feedback on each piece. They also sized my old cut diamond engagement ring. They were so professional and helpful and gave me advice about my ring and it's history. Awesome customer service, The woman who we spoke with was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable!

The jewellery repairs team did a marvellous restoration on an old family heirloom engagement ring. They repaired structural damage and the wear to the claws. The under bezel and the mill-grain setting was restored to its art Deco look. They added two new diamonds along with new millgrain and everything was combined together as though the new diamonds had been there all the time. The Turnaround was impressive and fast. Our experience exceeded our expectations. We will probably will be looking to return for some wedding bands. We have just had some Silver candlesticks repaired here. At long last they will great again on our dining table - Thank you to the restoration team x

We visited this jewellery repair workshop for a ring repair and ring resizing. The service here was immediate and courteous plus very well done. Amazing company.... the repairs done to my mothers antique ring was unbelievable. Restored a ring that has been passed down through my family from my great grandmother and now I will be able to pass it on to my daughter and hopefully granddaughter one day, thanks to the exceptional restoration. I had so many doubts before visiting the workshop but left there feeling so happy with how they explained what was to be done and how it would be done. And despite the ring having very little value money wise they made me feel as though my ring was important, unlike another jeweller who basically told me that because my ring was worthless a repair was pointless. Thank you so much Alexander and Jane for everything. (Apologies if I got the names wrong)

This Jewellery repairs workshop in Romantic Bleeding Heart Yard is the only place that I have ever gone to for jewellery repair. I recently had to have my rings re-sized and they did it for superbly. I also had some repair work done to my mum's old gold pendant. They provide a really fast and efficient service.

Had some antique rings converted into pendants. Expertly advised by Alexander on the best and most cost effective ways to carry out the repairs. Clearly a company that’s not just out to take your money. The work done was impeccable. Highly advise you use this workshop if having any repairs done to antique jewellery.

One of the few places around that will actually repair costume jewellery and very honest about the work that can or can’t be done. Also not snobbish about the fact that it’s ‘cheap’ jewellery which is what it was called by someone else in the area. Excellent repair service for fine antique silver I brought in some antique silver cutlery that had been carelessly put in the dishwasher. They Iooked bad so I thought they were finished.
