M.I had a wonderful experience shopping at this Kate Spade store. I called the store to see if they had a bag in stock that I wanted and couldn't find in a different store. I spoke to Jessica on the phone, who was so friendly and helpful. She said she would keep the bag on hold for me until I arrived to collect it. When I arrived to the store, Jessica was so lovely and showed me the bag I wanted. She found out it was a birthday gift to myself and gave me a Kate Spade pin badge to go with my new bag. When I got home I saw that she had also written me a birthday card from 'The Kate Spade Girls' and popped in Kate Spade birthday candles and matches too! The bag was packaged beautifully and with a lot of care. I really appreciated the customer service and I can't wait to return again. Thank you very much to the wonderful store and most importantly, Jessica.

They both constantly get stuck and are really hard to open and close. Given the prices of both, I am really disappointed so despite the nice designs, I will be shopping elsewhere when it's time to replace them.

The jewellery is divine so do look beyond the beautiful bags and purses. Every time i have gone the staff have also been able to find a discount for me too!

I had no idea what to do in a handbag shop, and was dressed in my cycling gear. I feared the worst having had previous bad experiences when not looking "right" in similar shops in the same area. However, at Kate Spade, I was made to feel really welcome and the ladies were very helpful and accommodating of my stupid questions.
