After being messed around by other jewellers false marketing/promises and reluctance to answer any questions directly, I was in need of a model professional who I could draw from their knowledge and skilled expertise. I found Lee from King of Diamonds a breathe of fresh air. With an impending deadline around the corner, the whole process was breeze. Lee took the stress out of the situation, listened to my requests and was very knowledgable and accommodating. I was kept updated of the ring’s progress and exceeded expectations by arriving comfortably before my deadline. My wife loves the ring and we can’t thank Lee and the King of Diamonds team enough. Absolutely flawless, the service, the ring, the diamond, everything! King of Diamonds was recommended to me by a friend and I started off contacting them via WhatsApp - Lee was fantastic. Everything was impeccable, the response times, the advice, direction and most of all the honesty!! I was worried that there would be added complications as I wanted to propose in this year of pandemic but Lee was able to me reassure me and walk me through the process. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Lee's honesty and humility is second to none. He actually helped me get something more economical than what I intended because quite frankly what I wanted would have been too big for my soon to be Mrs. He walked me through all the different bands, different stones, standard of diamonds and even allowed me to look at them under the scope. Lee made it very easy to select what I wanted and even when he wasn't available when I returned, his staff were there and ready on hand. I can now say that I have successfully proposed to my beautiful wife who was reduced to tears by the incredible engagement ring that she now has. After I chose it I then took it back to be engraved which Lee changed within a day and then after proposing I asked for a smaller ring size which Lee did within a day. So helpful, so knowledgeable and so professional! Thank you much guys I can't thank you enough. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands too, as Lee also helped me pick those as well. I've been to many other places but none provide even close to the same standard of service and value for money that you can get from Kings of Diamond! Excellent stuff!

Mark and I are over the moon with the beautiful engagement ring that Lee at Kings of Diamonds designed for us. Lee is extremely professional and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. From the first message to the day we collected the ring, we were extremely happy with the service. During our initial conversation we spoke to Lee about what we were looking for, we also spoke about budget. Lee understood the brief very quickly and offered to send me details of diamonds that he had in stock with the GIA certificates to show all the details of the diamond. He even when to his supplier the next day to see what new stock had arrived and on that day he found the diamond that he thought we would love and he was absolutely right. When I saw the diamond, my eyes lit up and I had the biggest smile on my face as it was bigger than I expected and was within our budget. I went for an Oval diamond with a gold band. I also asked Lee to make my band slimmer which he did perfectly. The ring is beautiful! I wake up every day and the first thing I do is put my ring on and during the day I will look at it several times as I still cannot believe I have such a beautiful ring on my finger. Mark is also very happy that I love it so much! Thank you Lee for making us so happy. This ring will stay in our family for generations to come. 1ST CLASS EXPERIENCE!!! With the current circumstances we’re living in looking online at rings and trying to find the right one had proven very difficult at first until my friend told me to go with King Of Diamonds as she had previously used their service. Lee couldn't have been more helpful, from my first initial enquiry through Instagram and the following phone call he listened to my requirements and specified the perfect diamond for the style of engagement ring I was after, all within my stated budget. Finance options were explained and I was easily able to spread the cost of the ring over 12 months at 0%. I received high quality video updates whilst the ring was being created which was a nice touch, handy for showing friends and family etc who we weren't able to show in person due to lockdown restrictions etc. And for me being able to give my seal of approval without actually being able to see the ring in person, with me being based hundreds of miles away in the North East from the jewellery workshop in Hatton Garden, London. When I surprised my fiancée with the proposal safe to say she was over the moon with the ring and still is to this day! Luckily I didn't need it but a free resize is offered if you get the size wrong which is great reassurance. Overall I received excellent service from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kings of Diamonds to anyone!

Amazing experience with Lee from Kings of Diamonds! I had a horrible experience trying to find a ring due to Brexit as the dollar crashed. And wasted months trying to sort everything out and within my budget. Two of my friends recommended Kings of Diamonds to me a while back but never went. Big mistake!
