So I visited these guys after seeing their collection on Instagram and I wasn’t disappointed! The two brothers have a vast knowledge for jewellery and were very helpful when it came to picking out items for my special day! I had also visited another store previously in Southall and showed the design I liked to the team and they had the same necklace set but for nearly half the price! There isn’t any store which comes close to Kundan for value & service and I’m so happy I went ahead & I’m so in love with my bridal set! After picking my set I asked the brothers to make me a bangle set to which they showed me a variety of designs but catered to my budget and to what would look good with my outfit! Overall a 10/10 experience and I’d recommend any brides to come here, I know I will be!

Couldn’t be happier with my jewellery set! It’s so beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it on my big day. Both brothers at Kundan made the process so seamless and easy. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but they put together my bangle set for me and matched up the colour using my dupata. The order came so quickly even though I added on a jummar half way through but they happily rendered me a design and got it done. Thank you guys so much!

I was causally browsing through Instagram looking for bridal jewellery shops in the UK during lockdown when I came across Kundan. I understand that bridal jewellery doesn’t come cheap, but everything I was seeing prior to Kundan was quite expensive and well over my budget. I knew exactly what I wanted, it was just a matter of finding a jewellery store to bring what I envisioned to life. Kundan had the exact same design of the necklace I wanted but I knew it was going to require quite a lot of customisations! I spoke to Sunny from the get go - super polite, so helpful and was very patient with me! Sunny provided a really good service and made the whole experience so lovely through Instagram DM alone with back and forth messages. All the prices at Kundan are very reasonable and affordable! When I listed all my customisation requirements, Sunny broke everything down for me, told me what was possible, showed me what could/couldn’t be done, willingly showed me pictures and gave me prices for everything. Sunny was attentive to all my needs, allowed me to mix and match earrings, tikka and jhumar from different sets, kept me updated throughout the whole process as I gave the store quite a few weeks to customise my order as I wasn’t in a rush to receive it. I said that I would be coming into store to pick up my jewellery so to have it ready by that particular day which they were more than happy to do. But when I had to cancel a few days before, they still managed to have it all ready by the initial date, sent me pictures to make sure I was happy with how it all came together and if I wanted to make any changes, and even had it posted out to me via first class delivery. I kid you not, the pictures I was sent of the final outcome did no justice to the beauty of the jewellery in real life. The quality and finish is honestly so amazing. The service from start to finish was very satisfying. At no given point did I feel forced or pressured to buy the items I was enquiring about. The customer service was genuinely spot on and I’m satisfied that it is even better in person. I highly recommend Kundan for anyone - brides or no brides - who want to have an easy, friendly and stress free shopping experience 😀

I was looking for a bridal jewellery set and the guys at Kundan were so incredibly helpful. I spent quite a while in the store just to make sure that I was happy with my choice as it's such an important purchase and they were very patient. After picking the set I asked them to work their 'bangle magic' in creating a set of bangles and they were perfect, I did not need to think about it. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about their products and service. The selections and designs are beautiful and very good quality, I'm so happy with what I bought!

I received amazing customer service from sunny at Kundan jewellery. Whilst looking for my bridal jewellery I was particular in what I wanted. Being the first customer when the store opened I was able to design a bespoke custom set and sunny made it happen at a affordable price. He was very responsive to my messages which were sometimes in the middle of the night, and kept me updated on my order since my order was being made during the peek of covid. Customer service was second to none, I would highly recommend Kundan if you want to design something for yourself. Sunny went out of his way to make my dream jewellery come alive even after many changes after I had ordered. They have High quality designS for all occasions you must check the out you wount regret it.
