Finding the perfect engagement ring was very difficult for me until I found Sanjay at Mayfair jewellers. The whole experience was outstanding from the second we made an appointment to the day we collected the ring. Sanjay listened to everything I was wanting for a ring and created a ring more beautiful then I could of ever imagined. Thanks again Sanjay for making this whole experience so special for both of us. So happy with the service received from Sanjay! He was a delight to work with and went out of his way to make our dreams come true! I'm delighted to say that after months of planning I picked up my fiancee's Tacori 2620 today and it is, without a doubt, the most exquisite piece of jewellery I've ever seen. Mayfair Jewellers, and Sanjay especially, were amazing throughout the whole process. They were kind enough to offer the identical ring with an imitation stone as part of a proposal service. This allowed the proposal to be a complete surprise while ensuring that the design and the fit of the final ring were perfect through a joint visit after the engagement. Sanjay was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient, especially when dealing with my indecisiveness on choosing a diamond. Having selected a stone during a viewing Sanjay had taken the time to arrange, I later had a change of heart as I wished for a diamond with a slightly better cut. In no time at all he managed to source a stone that was perfect. We are now looking forward to going back to choose our wedding bands!
