Service at its best ! Whist in the USA I mislaid a ring originally purchased in 2008 and even though I was 000s of miles away and provided little or no info, Sarah at McCaul went the extra mile..traced all the details, size, engraving, style etc and within a short time I had a wonderfully packaged exact replacement couriered to me ! Their service and customer care exceeded my expectations. Sarah did a great job and kept me updated by regular emails and I could not be more happy ! I fully recommend McCaul Goldsmiths and I will definitely be back to their showroom in London Exmouth Market for more !

My fiancé Simon got my engagement ring made here at McCaul's. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The ring is stunning, and so incredibly comfortable. I never was able to wear rings comfortably before this ring and I wear it 24-7. He chose a graded diamond on a gold band with a satin finish - which was stunning. Over the last two years the band has become bright and shiny - I love that they are Irish and the shop is just wonderful. Simon said that the service levels were awesome. If you are thinking of getting an engagement ring - do not look any further!!! They will get it spot on.

The service from the team at McCaul Goldsmiths was fantastic. I was purchasing an engagement ring and wanted the design to reflect the simplicity and beauty of my fiancée. The team ran through all the designs and options, possible materials and diamond sizes and shapes. Such a bespoke service really personalised the ring. McCaul Goldsmiths provides a flawless experience from start to finish. I could not be more pleased with my one of a kind engagement/wedding set. Sarah and Barry lent a very personal experience for a transaction conducted completely via email communication. I had many questions throughout the process and they answered one with expertise that provided me comfort and great confidence. Numerous times, I had very specific requests about certain details with the set, and Sarah walked me through each one. The most pleasing moment was receipt of the rings in the US. The studio photos of the crafting process were impressive, however in hand, the set was far more extraordinary. There are not enough positive recommendations I can make for McCaul Goldsmiths. Their expertise and artisanship is beyond excellence. Their customer service is exemplary, leaving a first-time customer feeling like they had done business with them for years. My only regret is not being able to visit the shop in person (something I wish to do in the future). If you want above and beyond service, and dedication to craft, seek out McCaul Goldsmiths. I cannot wait for my next purchase.
