J. D.Designing an engagement ring is a fairly daunting process, especially if your significant other isn't there to tell you exactly what they want. Even more so when you know their style is a little on the eclectic side!
Fortunately (for me), Michelle and her team did an amazing job of distilling my scattered thoughts on my future fiancés likes, loves and passions into an absolutely beautiful design. In this case - a ring that would remind her of her home country of Cyprus (the colour of the sea and the reddish hue of the sand), along with her love of balanced asymmetrical design.
From the initial consultation, through picking a stone and iterating on a design, to the eventual pick-up, Michelle was always on-hand both in-person and via WhatsApp to guide me through the process, keep me relaxed, and answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!). The finished ring is absolutely stunning, and my fiancé adores it. A huge testament to the creativity and craftsmanship of Michelle and her team.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to design something extra special for the significant other in their lives.

Michelle wasn't the only designer I approached but her initial consultation with me made the decision to go with her very easy compared to others I'd spoken to. We spent a full hour going over potential options and considerations just at the consultation phase which really put me at ease.

K. K.Michelle was great to work with. As someone based in the US I was a little apprehensive about working virtually on something as significant as an engagement ring but it went very smoothly. Throughout the process Michelle provided a lot of pictures, videos and digital renderings of her designs so that I knew exactly what to expect. We primarily communicated over WhatsApp and Michelle was prompt with her responses and answered all my questions.
Michelle's designs are, of course, beautiful and my (now) fiance absolutely loved the ring that Michelle designed. I highly recommend her and we may try to work with her again on our wedding bands!

J.Despite navigating a lockdown I had a wonderful experience creating my engagement ring with Michelle - it really helped to see the 3D renderings and Michelle nailed the exact shade of Sapphire I was after pretty much straight away and sent me plenty of videos and images of the stones at different times of day (as we were creating it during lockdown, I couldn't go and see it in person). They also went to the effort of couriering the stones and final ring to me as I couldn't get to the studio in lockdown.
We just went back to their new beautiful studio for a wedding band consultation and had a great experience with Ella the studio assistant too.
The service has been warm, friendly, helpful and creative, I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone :)

We went to Michelle to have our wedding bands made after admiring her work online. Mine is an unusual shape and needed to sit flush with my wishbone engagement ring, and my husbands is a signet ring with a Scorpion engraved on the top - His in particular is a more usual ring which we hadn’t seen Michelle make before, but she did such an amazing job!
We went to meet with her to discuss our options and she was very transparent about the different materials that could be used and the timescale. It was so nice to meet with a jeweller who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or as if we should be purchasing the most expensive item in there portfolio!
She also has the most amazing showroom in Shoreditch where you can try the rings on and I cannot wait to go back and get my eternity band!

L. B.I commissioned a bespoke engagement ring from Michelle. She puts immense care and thought into her work and it shows in the final product. Her ability to translate an idea into a design is incredible. She provided a multitude of sketches and examples on the way that help me visualise features and adjust. There was even a 3D computer render of the final design! I had a tight one month schedule but she was still able to deliver on time. We're coming back as happy customers to design the wedding bands. Michelle deserves eleven stars but Google only lets me give a maximum of five. Can a developer please check this issue out? Thanks.

In her studio, Michelle spent time talking us through and demonstrating different options from the traditional to the unconventional. After several visits to her studio and lots of messaging back and forth we finally worked out the right ring for us. We're so soo with it and definitely could not have come up with anything even close to it ourselves ! It's perfect!

P. D.The whole experience of getting a custom engagement ring made by Michelle was fantastic. I went for my first appointment with very few ideas and quite a lot of nerves! And within an hour we had eliminated a lot of options and ended up with a very clear idea - something I was not expecting so quickly! Having picked the stone and the design, I then awaited the CAD drawings and mock ups which were absolutely perfect. Having signed these off straight away, Michelle got making and when I went to collect it weeks later I was literally breathless... it is absolutely beautiful.
