My partner and I were looking for wedding bands at short notice and tried h samuel first. After waiting for a couple of weeks and then finding they still hadn't sourced a ring that fit me we went across the road to Ozan who were able to get us two perfect rings on the same day. Had a watch that I'd bought second hand that needed some links added. I went in to get a watch sorted, but I met a store owner manager who had a such a passion for people not customers I would now consider the ONLY place for any watch or jewellery problems. I went back yesterday post lockdown almost 15 months and yet it was like I had had been in last week. Now his Son his pride and joy works with him now and it's a testiment to what he's about family, connection and service, Oh he put a new battery in my Watch as well! I hope he likes the review he's thoroughly deserving of it.

Thank you Ozan Jewellers for the service. I got repaired my bracelet today and I am very happy with the customer service provided by you. Overall, I can say that this is the most professional jewellers in North London, as I was asking so many jewellers in this part of London to repair my bracelet and nobody was able to repair it. Even they didnt know how. They just explained me that is impossible to be repaired the bracelet and even didnt recognise it is 18K. On the other hand, Ozan Jewellers recognised it straight away and said that is possible to be repaired and I got it repaired as brand new. Ozan Jewellers are an example for great customer service and professionalism. Thank you, so much. Strongly recommend.

I have been in this store today asking about information for a watch that I got as a gift from a friend and even if I did not buy it from them they were really helpful with it. Later on during the day I realized I had to adjust the watch wrist and I walked past this store again and I asked if they could do it for me, they did it without even charge for the and during all the process all the people I was speaking with were really friendly and professional. If I would have to buy any watch or jewelry I would definitely come back here!

Excellent place. I was at H.Samuel across the road and received the worst customer service you could think of. Out of curiosity I decided to venture to Ozan Jewellers and I found exactly what I was looking for, the seller understood what I was looking for immediately and provided me with outstanding customer service, I was very glad! I got a classic gold bracelet that was resized within minutes, and a discount. Will come back for all occasions, this is my new go-to jewellery place!

I forgot the mans name that served me here. He was extremely helpful that I ended up buying more gold than planned. I'm indecisive yet he was so patient. I purchased a Turkish coin pendant and a necklace at a good price. Will 100% be back to purchase jewellery.
