Went here a few days ago and had a lovely lady assist me, she went above and beyond to help me choose a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately didn't ger her name although she had lovely curls. Will go back to her next time.

We went to Brent Cross Pandora yesterday, the welcome greeting we received from thre store manageress was amazing. She was so professional she engaged with me my wife and my little 6 year old boy. We were kindly passed to her sales colleague to assist my wife in the wide selection of bracelets that they have. The service received was absolutely fantastic, Praveen assisted my wife and advised her on the products. We have not felt that quality service for a long long time and purchased a beautiful bracelet with additional charms. We all left the store feeling extremely pleased. I use this Pandora store a fair bit and the customer service is always first rate. There has been a steady turnover of staff too so it must be down to culture and training rather than just the individuals. Although good recruitment will have ensured the excellent individuals!

Good selection of bracelets, necklaces and charms. Nice quality but could buy actual sterling silver jewellery for much less elsewhere. Ok if you want to spend a lot of money for plated base metal. Not suitable for anyone with allergies to nickel.
