Our experience of the staff in this store was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided knowledge and support to help purchase my daughter’s birthday present. I had to revisit and exchange a couple of items which was absolutely no bother what do ever. Sorin and Jelena were really helpful and informative. They are certainly assets to Pandora. This is a perfect shop for lunch time shopping and not too big. The sales assistant who served me was lovely and helped me choose a bracelet that I was looking for. There were no queues and she could not do enough to help me ! Highly recommended !!

Having been to Westfield Stratford pandora and being passed to 3 different members of staff and hearing the way one staff member spoke to a potential customer we walked out and got a train to canary wharf Pandora. Completely different, the staff were helpful and polite and we made 3 purchases. Wont go back to Stratford store again.
