What a joy to visit this store with a friend and purchase a special birthday bracelet . We were served by a wonderful, patient and extremely helpful assistant Adriana. Her knowledge of the jewellery, charms and stock made the whole experience very pleasurable. She was a great help and we got a real intimate, personal shopping experience in this fantastic Pandora shop. I would use this branch again as nothing was too much trouble. We left delighted with our purchases and could not recommend this store or the professional staff enough . Thank you so much.

I just pop up to Pandora London Bridge store and was mind blowing of amazing customer service and how nice one of the girl was. Malwina helped me to choose the best combination of stock rings possible I am more than happy and thankful for all the help and time she spent with me. That was a very nice experience and I will definitely come back to this brunch!

The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing! I was served by a very helpful lady called Melissa who was polite and had a wealth of knowledge about the different bracelets and charms and how to wear and maintain them. Great customer service by Melissa and Rheanne. They were very friendly and patient throughout. It was my first visit to Pandora and had a great experience just because of the two beautiful ladies who served me. I have got two rings and a charm for myself.
