A.For many years, Pandora Marble Arch was my Valentine's Day port-of-call. I would always go late afternoon on Feb 13th, spend half an hour enjoying the wonderful range of products and the sterling customer service, and come home with a hoard of beautiful gifts with which to surprise my wife the next morning. I was looking forward to resuming this ritual earlier this week, for the first time since covid restrictions were eased. However, the abysmal treatment of staff reported to me in December has buried these hopes in a grave from which their carcasses shall never be exhumed. The account relayed to me of an incident during which a female member of staff was accosted and upbraided by management, in the presence of both colleagues and customers, sickens and appals me. At 75, I am accustomed to seeing the worst of humanity. But tales of managerial abuse of subordinates still harrows me to the core. As such, Pandora Marble Arch will not be in receipt of my custom until this manager has either undergone appropriate training, or been removed from her position entirely.

S. R.My partner and I went to buy my wedding jewellery from here. The staff where lovely and very patient as I could not make up my mind on a few items that I really like. They let me try on each item on to see how it would looked and in the end we found what we where looking for and I was excited, happy and had a lovely service from the store. Definitely somewhere I would visit again.
s.Really helpful staff at this store. The stone from my pandora ring fell out today and as it was given to me as a gift over a year ago I didn't have the receipt. They replaced my ring with a brand new one with no fuss at all. Thanks very much!
S. M.The service in pandora was excellent. The customer service lady 'Naz' was so lovely and accomodating. She showed me the pandora bangles and charms and gave me the correct sizing.
L. S.The staff is nice and helpful ... but in the end I had a bad experience in this store ... The manager did not accept the old £ 20 notes... it is not legal ... the new and old £20 notes circulate in parallel ... and in another Pandora store they accepted the old £ 20 notes.
