Brilliant service today! There was an issue with one of my charms, and they replaced the bracelet and a few other charms. Really happy with what they done and treated me. Definitely will go back there again, for more cleaning. My charms are spotless and they took good care of them.

Nice shop. Girl who served me was very helpful. Found what I was looking for. Not too busy at noon time. Would definitely go back. 👌

Lovely bright shop nice layout more important staff was very helpful and polite not all the staff the young girl in there is amazing the guy is ignorant and ignored me so if you want to help and advice on a gift and a lovely wrapped gift with a really pretty bow go and see the young girl in there with the brown hair

It's a pretty small store and can get crowded, but that doesn't mean they're lacking in charms! There are plenty to browse and staff are always ready to help.
