K. G.I visited the stratford store recently, i was on holiday from Lancashire at the time, i ordered and paid for a chain which was due in store before i was due to return home. Unfortunately, it arrived later than expected, by which time i was home. The staff were very helpful and very kindly sent it by post to my home address.
