There's a very good reason that Pomerance have a 5-Star rating; they are genuine, honest and very nice people. I found them online when looking for a particular watch, and when I chatted to Elliot on the phone he came across as very genuine and trustworthy. Meeting him later that day to view the watch at their premises in Canary Wharf further filled me with confidence, both Elliot and Stephen are very genuine, trustworthy, accommodating and reasonable. You are in very good hands with them, know you are buying a genuine article and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you gents, I could not be happier with my purchase, confirmed as 100% genuine by the manufacturer, and I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Nor should anyone else!!

It was an absolute pleasure. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I contacted pomerance boutique after seeing an ad on chrono24. I couldn't decide between the Rolex sd4k or the current 50th anniversary, Elliot kindly arranged for a viewing of both watches. As someone new to Rolex, Elliot was very patient and answered all my questions. Remained polite and patient throughout, I must have gone back and forth between watches 10 times. I finally settled on the 50th anniversary Rolex 126600. Agreed a price and took possession of the watch. Now this is where Eliot stands head and shoulders above other dealer I've felt with in the past. Even though I bought the watch and wore it home I changed my mind and now wanted the sd4k instead, called elliot to let him know, explain expecting the worst. The response I got was "no problem", so finally met Elliot a couple days later to exchange the watch. Elliot, instead of taking me to the cleaners offered me a discount on the watch. I paid the difference and am now in possession of the sd4k 116600. Absolutely love the watch and now pomerance boutique will be my first port of call.
