We got in touch with Jay through WhatsApp, which was effortless and discussed the alteration. Jay and the team took their time to understand what was needed and within 1 week of returning the bracelet for the alteration, the bracelet was back with me. The team were responsive and proactive. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I usually don't leave reviews but these people truly deserve to be called out for their outstanding customer service. They created a WhatsApp group to show me pictures of the specific jewels I was interested in within 5 minutes of me messaging them, and when I told them I needed one as a gift they were very accommodating and prepared the package to ship it timely with next day delivery at no extra costs. They sent me pictures to reassure me everything was being prepared and shipped within 10 minutes of me processing the payment. The jewellery looks beautiful, I haven't seen it personally (just on pictures) and although it is a bit pricey I will certainly come back to this shop. THANK YOU again for your help!

Me and my partner were looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands. We decided to head towards Upton Park as there is a selection of jewellers and we wanted choice. We did some online research and saw Pure Jewels had great reviews so this was on our radar. We dipped into a few of the other jeweler shops and found that some felt a little impersonal as they dealt with us over a counter whilst trying to serve other customers. Some were impatient with our lack of knowledge about wedding rings and wanted to know if we were gonna make a sale there in then! When we went to Pure jewels not only is it spacious and has a lovely layout you are served on an individual basis sat down with a cup of tea. Jay, one of the store owners dealt with us personally and taught us everything we needed to know about diamonds which helped us determine what kind of ring we wanted. They had exactly what we were looking for with the ability for customisation. Jewelers need 6-8 weeks when ordering rings which we found to be standard requirement. Our order sat just short of 6 weeks before we were due to announce our engagement which was tight due to the customisation requiring longer. Jay was in constant contact keeping me up to date with our order status and managed to make this happen. Not only did he get them in on time, he stayed open later so we could collect our rings the day before our announcement. The rings were more than perfect and could not have been more delighted. For us Pure Jewels are our only jewelers and we would recommend Pure jewels to everyone!

So, I bought nice Junghans watch from those guys, and thought I got an awesome deal, but few days later noticed that dial had german date, which was not what I wanted. I contacted PureJewels and they made my journey as easy as it could be. They even had to pull extra hours, because I was able to visit them only after 7(They work till 6). You would think dial change is quite simple? Yeah, it should be, but it wasnt. As with everything, there are usual cases, when everything flows naturally and quickly, but there is THAT 1% of cases, where everything fails. Sadly, that was my case. Watch repair took a loong time, and then watch was recalled back to repairs.... again.... Long story short, guys at pure Jewels were really trying to help me out, and sort everything as quick as they could. Thanks a lot Jay for your help. Thanks for all of it! I do definatelly recommend this shop to everybody. After all, its not only the product we buy, it is the trust we look for. I can definitely put my trust in them.
