This was a 60th birthday present from my husband. Didn't know a thing about it and by golly it is stunning. My husband has been planning this with Paul at Quality Diamonds for the past 6 months and he had 3 meetings with Paul at his office. Paul guided him throughout the whole process and the service both myself and my husband received was impeccable. At no time did my husband feel pressurized into buying anything and his experience with Quality Diamonds was first class. Both of us would definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. My husband bought a loose marquis diamond and chose a white gold 18ct band and the result was superb. Very happy lady :) :)

Genuinely nice guy with extensive knowledge of all things diamond who takes you through every step of the process to create the perfect ring. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Bought a GIA D VS1 as an upgraded wedding band for my wife. I got an excellent deal for the price for this investment. They beat diamond factory one of their competitors.

Very good service, my fiancé spent some time researching after he proposed and had been recommended personally by a friend. I absolutely love my ring and the information given at the first visit was brilliant - so many different options but everything was explained fully. The only 2 issues I would raise is firstly the bags, we were advised not to use the bag for security reasons so you may be better to offer a plain bag? Also as we were coming to order and then collect my engagement ring, an offer of a drink or maybe some bubbly would be nice. It was an important day for me and that would've really finished it off nicely. That said, we look forward to dealing with you once we have booked a date to get our wedding bands made!

My initial experience here was poor as my clear parameters were ignored and that particular member of staff had a bad attitude. However, the manager picked up on my disappointment and followed up with me. They apologised and dealth with it very well in terms of customer service. After that we dealt directly with Paul and had a good experience. We ended up buying our diamond here and would recommend Quality Diamonds. If it was not for the intial experience, I would be giving this 5 stars.
