I had a brilliant experience dealing with REVE and Emma looking for an engagement ring. To personally explore the perfect band and diamond became such an easy process. I made my choice, with their insights and knowledge, then within 2-3 weeks I was looking at a gorgeous ring that my misses was blown away by. She was patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect diamond and design a bespoke ring around it. She took my feedback on board throughout the whole process and was not pushy or patronising in the slightest, unlike many diamond sellers. The price was very reasonable and much better value than most other jewellers, especially considering the level of service. I do not usually write any reviews but I am making an exception here because the experience with Milena and Tal was really exceptional! From the very first communication they were super responsive to all my questions (the first time, I was surprised to hear back as it was well after 10pm!) and helped to make a really beautiful ring and deliver it safely and swiftly in time for the special day. In short: -GIA certified diamonds -Good prices compared to high street shops -Nice and professional team -Free resizing and cleaning -You can bring a custom design or select one of the classics available We’ve been to a few places before but don’t get fooled by branding and flashy interiors - these folks sell you stuff with their own “certification”. Hard to tell if you’re getting your value for money. Reve is a small showroom but for me it was a better, more honest and more personal experience than the big shops.

We would like to make sure that we get the best quality diamond with a halo design within the budget we have.Tal has been very helpful, he responds to all emails quickly and able to accommodate our request of appointment time in a flexible way. He has a large range of halo rings and good quality stones which is great because lots of providers only have one or two designs. As I have chosen a design that’s already in stock he is able to set the ring within a couple of days as oppose to a couple of weeks that most other shop needs! That’s really helpful as we are eager to announce our engagement to the world and not having to wait for weeks is very helpful. The ring looks perfect when we picked it up - exactly how I wanted it and within our budget. Spoke to Tal via email several times ( along with other jewellers in Hatton Garden ) over a couple of weeks then arranged to visit on a Saturday . He suggested I see everyone else before coming to him - even risking I might buy elsewhere first . But I gained a sense of trust during our emails that proved to be well placed once I met him . He showed me loose stones and various empty ring designs based on my choices . Then he mounted stones in rings to show me exactly what it would look like . Out of the blue I then told him about a ring design I visualised that I really liked . No problem - out came a picture of the exact design which he could cast . Then it was a simple case of choosing the best diamond I was happy with , to be mounted by himself that week . When it arrived a week later it was everything I could have wished for . And more to the point she loves it !!!!! If only to reassure yourself when going through that emotionally fraught time , go and see Tal and what he has to offer . We shall return again and again to purchase all our jewellery.
