Reviews of Royal Exchange Jewellers

Honest dealer.....whether buying or selling.

As a wedding Photographer, I get to see new venues each week. Few venues stand out like The Royal Exchange. A perfect setting, great staff, and amazing food. Everyone had an perfect day which ran perfectly. Awesome work guys. Hope to come back soon.

Got this beautiful bracelet at tiffanys also had the inside inscribed but have lost the picture of it.

Martin and his friendly staff have done it again. I have bought many watches as well as a number of very nice pieces of jewellery for my wife and daughter! Always well priced and the after sales service is second to none. I have recommended many clients to them and all have been overjoyed with the level of service.
I love my new AP!! Many thanks again.

This is a beautiful place to visit, nice cafeteria on the ground floor, shops like Omega Watch, Goerge Jensen, Paul Smith, Tiffany and others on the ground floor as well and restaurants on the top floors, the whole architecture of the building is awesome, you never know what you are passing by till you go inside. It was a great day.

Wonderfully historic place for an (expensive) drink or light meal. Many years ago I had a yellow jacket on the LIFFE floor (where financial futures were exchanged in open out cry) - it is hard to imagine the noise and fervour in the calm oasis this place has now become. Chic up-market boutiques surround a central courtyard where, from breakfast until mid-evening, refreshments ranging from coffee to Champagne and shellfish and salads are served. There is a small, smart restaurant on the 1st floor looking down onto the courtyard and some discreet private rooms for events.

Stopped off for a coffee, seems like a decent place. Ambience is nice for a coffee shop. I do see a lot of people have meetings here but not sure how good it is with the noise around.

Beautiful building designed by William Tite in the 1840s. The Royal Exchange contains offices, luxury boutique shops and restaurants on the first floor and a Grand Cafe in the courtyard.
Great for meeting friends or for business in the City.

I took my watch into Royal Exchange Jewellers to be serviced. I had an detailed estimate within three days of me dropping it off and back on my wrist within three weeks! I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided with by the Royal Exchange team. All in all a great experience and stress free and will be using again!

Exclusive arcade with the most luxurious brands available. This is not a place where you see price tags, if you need to ask for the price you can't afford it. Nice café area in the center court. Old building.
E. M.
The cafe at the center of the building is in a gorgeous setting and well wirth a visit while you sip a good coffee. Interesting location for work meetings too.

Very pleasant experience purchasing an item of jewellery from the Royal Exchange Jewellers, I would highly recommend to others. Customer service second to none and prices very competitive. It’s 5 stars from me!

The City of London also happens to be a global financial centre. It was once the global superpower of commerce and trade, with the heart of commerce beating right here in this building. Today, the Royal Exchange is a luxury shopping centre. Trading has stopped here since World War II.
Right on the courtyard of the Royal Exchange is the Royal Exchange Grand Cafe and Bar. Soak in the beauty of this heritage building, with the glass roof providing natural light to the entire inside of the building. On all sides are luxury boutiques of who’s who in luxury. Superbly upperclass.
Right on the steps of the Royal Exchange, Royal Proclamations would have been read out. I have always wondered why all the exchanges I’ve seen are designed in this manner. This looks like Wall Street. Come to think of it, it also looks like the Pantheon in Paris.
Standing guard right outside the Royal Exchange is Saint George and the dragon, perched on top the London War Memorial. The memorial honours the soldiers from London who died in World War 1. Standing here right at the front steps, I can almost feel the billions of pounds passing through me. This is the Bank Junction, the financial heart of the world. I’ve never seen so many people in sharp suits in my life!

I agree with the other reviews. You get a great customer experience. They are friendly, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. I wish all of my shopping experiences were this good.
W. T.
If you really need a place to spend your bonus in a hurry, the shops in the arcade will assist you. I would recommend the Omega shop as the staff are very helpful, and they tend to get their hands on any limited edition watches first.

There have been 3 incarnations of this building, the first dating from the 16th Century.
The building actually got destroyed in the Great Fire of London.
The present one was designed by William Tite, in the 19th Century and perhaps is the grandest of them all.
I love the architecture with it's splendid proportions and elegance.
This is a real stand out building with the majestic statue of the Duke of Wellington setting the scene.
A lovely piece of architecture

Beautiful building. Old but well kept and looked after. Home to luxurious brands, as well as a café and restaurant. Lots of City workers in there.

Oppermann sell great quality, affordable leather bags and accessories by selling directly to the consumer. The design of their ranges is an exercise understated Scandinavian class, as reflects the story of the brand. Crucially for me, they sell slim bifold wallets in blue leather, which is more unusual than you'd think...

The cafe at the center of the building is in a gorgeous setting and well wirth a visit while you sip a good coffee. Interesting location for work meetings too.

I liked this place, it is in a good location and not too crowded. A bottle of beer is £4 and food from £14 to £20, it was good quality and the service was as expected
