M. B.Just called at the store to seek help finding and fitting new buckle for my 2008 Squid Bubbles. The guy at the front counter was so helpful, proficient and pleasant I ended up leaving with a smile on my face. Spoiler alert: he also imparted some HOT piece of supply information. No, I’m not telling you (but you know what I’m on about, right?)…
C. 1.Visited the store on 7th March 2022 to polish my watch. Didn’t manage to get his name and this is the only way to describe him but he was a light skinned guy with an accent. Spent some time and did his best to polish my watch, it is near perfect! Many thanks!
B. K.I recently went to the London Oxford Street store and had a wonderful experience. The staff were so nice and helped when I bought a Limited Edition Chomp watch. Even giving me some gifts. Unfortunately the watch turned out to not be for me and when I returned to the store for a refund the staff were very understanding and gennuinely lovely abotu everything. So whilst the watch ended up not being just right for me. The staff they have in the store are absolutely brilliant.
V. S.Joaquin truly gave us a super service, fixed my watch, showed me the best new arrivals and smartly supported me to purchase the swatch I desired. Very good job!
