M. S.I had been looking for a diamond bracelet for some time and found Tobi Gem Setting. They had an amazing antique platinum diamond bracelet which I feel in love with. The friendly service received from Tobi and his daughter, Debbie was first class. Tobi kindly offered a discount and I just couldn't resist. I had also taken an old diamond pendant set in yellow gold and asked if I could have the same claw design but in platinum along with a platinum chain. Tobi advised in using the claw and having it dipped in rhodium along with a white gold chain, saving me so much money. W. S.We arrived at Tobi’s finding ourselves in a difficult situation with our engagement ring that had been purchased from a different jeweller. We decided that we were not going to progress in changing the ring with the other jeweller due to the complications we had with him. Therefore, we arrived at Tobi’s on a Sunday to see if we could sell our ring with him. Tobi listened and appreciated the concerns we had and not only did he offer to buy our ring, he offered a part exchange, both of which and a very fair price in order to help us. He took the time to sit with us and work out exactly what we wanted. He went over and above to provide all the information we could have wished for when designing the new ring. Tobi is a really informative, trustworthy and genuine jeweller that proceeded to make our perfect ring to the exact specifications discussed within just 4 days! He provided us with the diamond certificate, valuation and ring maintenance in the future should we need it. Overall we cannot recommend Tobi enough to anyone needing an engagement ring or any other jewellery for that matter. Look no further for outstanding customer service and top quality jewellery made by Tobi himself! He has truly made our engagement so special.
M. D.I lost a small opal from a Vintage ring, and two other jewellers in Hatton Garden recommended Tobi Gem Setting for a repair. Tobi sourced a replacement opal and carried out the repair within a couple of days. They also cleaned the ring for me free of charge. I am absolutely delighted with the results and the repair charge was extremely reasonable.
I have subsequently had the setting on a different ring tightened. The work was done within a couple of hours, and again the charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Tobi has so much knowledge, speaks with a lot of passion, respect and integrity that I feel Ive become a bit of an expert myself. I loved how he let us join him in his studio and watched him work. His design selections are a good mix between traditional and contemporary designs. The prices are very competitive but really its just how welcome and important they made us feel.
