I have been to Watch Surgery on five occasions now for strap adjustments and replacements. The service I received was always professional and friendly. When I was undecided on a choice of strap replacement, I received great advice on good pairings. You can tell that the staff are passionate about watches and this makes big a difference.

A brilliantly helpful and friendly service. I was struggling with the buckle of my new watch strap. This was swapped within minutes but could have been whilst I shopped in Westfield Stratford. Very accommodating and efficient approach. Nice and easy. Many thanks :)

Their website says that they repair watches "From the most luxury watch brands to fashion brands we deal with any watch". I took my Tommy Hilfiger watch for repair but I was told that they don't repair such watches. Was very disappointed as I had read good review about them. 3 stars as the lady attending me was very polite.
