Firstly what an amazing watch boutique. I went in to collect my wife’s watch, that had been repaired. Adrian the senior sales executive was a true gentleman, sat me down and offering hot or cold beverages. Adrian was very knowledgeable and had the answers to all my questions. The watch repairs were carried out within the estimated time frame, which was fantastic. Thanks to all the team at Brent Cross!

This is the second time I have purchased something from this store with a previous purchase history with the company. Adrian's service is second to none, his attention to detail along with making your purchase unquestionably an unforgettable moment. I found all the staff very welcoming throughout my visit yesterday, along with the management taking the time out of their day to say hello. We purchased a Cartier watch for a friend’s birthday. When we told the male staff who served us it’s a birthday gift he beautifully wrapped it and also gave us a little HBD discount. Staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely go again.

Would like to start off by saying Basits service was second to none. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything he made feel extremely comfortable and welcome to be in the WoS store. Visited the store for the first time on Tuesday in search of a Tudor watch to add to my collection. Soon as we went inside i felt at home, Our sales assistant was named Nafiseh and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable! She deserves a bonus :) I ended up purchasing a lovely Tudor Black Bay Chrono on a leather strap and my father bagged himself a Tudor 58. We definitely be popping back in soon as other models are available !

I brought my beloved watch into WOS as the battery died. They took extra care to handle the watch sensitively, looking at every angle to see if it had any major or minor scratches or chips and recorded as they went along. The company has a good reputation for a reason. The watch was returned to the manufacturers and repaired and cleaned sooner than estimated which was a bonus. My watch came back cleaned and polished and beautiful. From beginning to end my experience was excellent. I recommend WOS to anyone wanting to have a caring and professional service.
