Webley and the whole team are wonderful! We would now consider David a family friend as he has so perfectly helped us mark our engagement and birth of our baby twins with such stunning pieces. Webley make the whole experience from start to finish feel really special. They go out of their way to deliver the absolute best service and have extensive knowledge of their product so you feel safe in their hands when making such an expensive and poignant purchase. We could not be happier with both rings from Webley and will continue to go back!!

The rings were expensive! I’m going to buy from India instead where they are about 3 times cheaper. However, the rings, shop etc. all looked great. Staff were very helpful too.

Fantastic service at Webley, had a bespoke necklace made which really looks beautiful. The team are completely inviting, put no pressure on what you want and will go out of their way to help if possible. Personally I think they are best in Hatton Gardens, as some do look dodgy but could be wrong, big thank you to David on his help and support plus Simon for covering Davis while away, hope to use you guys in the future 👍🏻

We purchased our engagement and wedding rings from Webley. They were very helpful and not pushy at all which made us feel comfortable. We were under some time pressure and David was excellent in helping us make an informed choice about our wedding rings which we are very pleased with. They were also able to bespoke order for our exact sizes with delivery in only a couple of weeks. Webley also provided a complimentary service for our engagement ring to ensure everything was perfect for our wedding day.

Lovely jewellers, would highly recommend. My partner and I were looking for wedding bands and an engagement ring. We were helped by David who was lovely - not pushy and really helped us to figure out what we wanted. After trying on lots of styles, David ordered in diamonds that would match what we we were looking for but more in our price range. We ultimately went for a bespoke piece, and Webley’s were able to create a design I liked but adjusted it to be wedding band friendly. The prices were also much more reasonable compared to other jewellers in Hatton Garden, and we got our wedding bands at the same time.

Very knowledgeable, patient and took time to discuss various options without being at all pushy. Ring required a re-size that was completed within 24 hours. Amazing service at Webley, after looking in almost every other shop in Hatton Garden we finally found my perfect engagement ring at Webley. Basel and the rest of the team were amazingly helpful and have been since with aftercare and assisting in selecting and creating the perfect wedding bands for both of us. My Fiancé and I were recommended Hatton Garden for our wedding bands. The first few shops we walked into the staff was unbelievably rude and very pushy to purchase their ring(even if it wasn't what we wanted) UNTIL.. we came across Webley and was greeted at the door by the wonderful Sales Assistant Reece. It was a pleasant surprise to come across this store. Reece instantly made us feel full of confidence that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He knew exactly what we was looking for and showed us a different variety of beautiful rings to try on and pick out. The custom service really made the experience special for the both of us. I had a really great experience with Webley. I walked up and down the street and visited a lot of stores in Hatton Garden and Webley stood out as the most friendly, welcoming and tasteful. Vitalina provided an excellent service bringing out lots of emeralds to find exactly the right one for the engagement ring and provided great advice in finding the right design. She was really thoughtful and invested in making the best possible ring and definitely wasn't just pushing me to spend more (unlike some other stores in the area!). I felt the price was very competitive and Vitalina has been great at following up with care tips, free resizing and cleaning. Couldn't recommend more highly!

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and managed to turn around the setting in just a few days. We got a good deal on the price too and a promise of a free valuation. We had a very good experience here today. We were shopping for wedding rings. We looked at lots of shops but only enter when we feel comfortable. The support of a good jeweler is so important and Bassel was wonderful. An hour later we had picked and paid for the perfect rings and felt looked after, we got a good price and the right rings. Diamond coverage around the band was not all the way around as we were advised ring can then still be sized but was now told this can at a push only be sized down 1 size, which still should work thankfully but it's not something we were told when we ordered the item.

We bought our wedding bands from Webleys London and honestly cannot recommend them enough. The staff were great (in particular David who spotted us outside the shop and encouraged us in). He took the time to help us find the perfect rings and we cannot fault the after service. Will definitely be returning.

We only have wonderful things to say about Webley’s. From start to finish they were brilliant. Simon (the manager) was phenomenal and made sure to listen and take on board all my thoughts and ideas. Our engagement ring was slightly unusual and after being told it would not be possible to make by some jewellers, Simon instantly put our minds at rest and said they would be able to put together our bespoke design for us, within budget too! Honestly, the ring is just more than we could have dreamt of. This is all down to Simon and his teams amazing work at listening, understanding and helping to explain everything so clearly to us. All we gave him was a photo of the ring design we wanted and a description of a particular colour blue diamond - he matched it perfectly! He allowed me to take my time to decide and organised for me to pop into the shop to look at the diamonds at different times. He produced a CAD drawing of exactly what I wanted, so I could get a glimpse of what the ring may look like as the end product. Not being able to see the finished ring until it was made was so nerve wracking, as the design was all just from my head! I had absolutely nothing to worry about, Simon knew it would work out and it did. It was just perfect. Thank you so much Simon, for your time and patience and all who helped create our beautiful ring at Webley. I would highly recommend this jewellers. We will be back to buy our wedding rings with them very soon.

I could write an essay about how good my experience was with Webleys but I’d worry no one would read the point I’m trying to get across so there’s a concentrated version below. David (sales) - very informative and not even the slightest bit pushy. Just happy to help. Simon (manager) - some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and very patient / understanding CADs - I had loads with no issues or complaints from the studio. Price - very reasonable and broken down bit by bit and rounded down as a discount. Knowledge - great, obviously the shop had decades of experience. They were happy to say no to me if something wouldn’t look good, they’d only want me to have the best ring. Quality - perfect! Couldn’t imagine anything better, the ring is better than my initial vision. Aftersale - I bought the ring 3-4 months ago but I’ve had no problems. I’ll be going back once a year where they will re polish and set any diamonds that may need it. Luck- she said yes! Like most people in Hatton garden looking for an engagement ring, I had no idea what I was doing. I knew I wanted to create my own ring with my (now fiancées) family diamond. I spoke to David (sales) who walked me through the process and how it would work, I left with a whole new knowledge of diamonds. I agreed to the very reasonable price and worked with their studio to create my engagement ring, I would have been an annoying customer as I went through about 10-15 CADs going through the most minute detail. Simon (manager) helped me through this entire process he really understood my vision and helped me achieve it. He even called me a few times after the shop closed after I’d emailed a question. I’ll never need an engagement ring again but all other jewellery bought will be through Webleys and anyone getting married will be getting a strong recommendation to go there. I recently approached Webley to set a diamond that I had bought elsewhere. They sat down with me, showed me lots of examples to see what kind of ring i was looking for. Talked me through the diamond I had and what would work best. Lyn found the perfect ring to set my diamond in, broke down all the costs for me and sent it off to their workshop. The ring was ready within a few days, and came with a few added extras which really made me feel special.
