It fitted perfectly and we bought it on the spot. Thank you H Samuel, excellent service every time!

A. c.I took my engagement ring in as it was too small and it needed resizing. Originally they said it would take 2-3 weeks. I emailed them saying I had an engagement meal and I really wanted it back for that day. So they rang there workshop and they pushed it through for me. It only took a week in the end!! So happy! Thanks H. Samuel, great customer service too!

M. A.The salesman hoped to his feet to help us find our perfect rings. The issue was that the store had barely any choice. Even the online stores has run out of stock. Found it a little uncomfortable that the salesman had decided we were going to return (in a month’s time) after purchase for new wedding rings. #SuperAwkward We tried to leave as soon as we figured they were closing (the manager began rolling down the shutters) but the salesman kept repeating the same info over and over again. I guess overall the experience was comical.
