Amazing service from Sonia I wanted some emerald earrings for my wife and after looking Sonia offered to make bespoke they are beautiful when I collected was met by Lisa who was wonderful. Thankyou both for such lovely personal service and I will definitely be back

I have been sending my partner in for 7 months to sell my unwanted gold bars and coins as well as some jewelry. I have always had fair offers that are somewhat expected but better than anyone else in Maidstone offers. The only place I get offered higher is online which is always the case. I would of gave 5 stars but I once had a member of staff clueless to how many carats a 999.9% gold bar and actually asking my partner, they should of known that in my opinion but always been very friendly and polite with my partner.
