This is the first time I’ve purchased jewellery from Alan Bick. Without hesitation I highly recommend the company. The jewellery I purchased is simply beautiful and is entirely accurate to the design specifications I requested. The staff are incredibly attentive. No request is too much trouble. They work with you throughout to achieve your desired product. Mair, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Incredibly personable, was always at the other end of the phone to address any queries I had and regularly provided me with updates. This will not be the last time I purchase jewellery from Alan Bick. I have already recommended the company to many friends and family.

Beautiful jewelry and friendly, helpful staff! I bought an engagement ring from the Manchester branch of Alan Bick in summer 2021. Meir, who assisted me, was hugely helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring that I got the perfect ring for my fiancee. Meir, was so helpful in tailoring the ring to my exact requirements, and the ring arrived really quickly once ordered. My fiancee was then able to get the ring resized for free at the London branch, which was really handy. I'd highly recommend this branch for engagement rings. The ring I bought is a beautiful product which was supplied at a really fair price.

After originally ordering an engagement ring from the London store, my fiancé decided she wanted to loom at other rings, that better suited her. From this point I dealt with Meir, who arranged a meeting for us on a Sunday and showed a variety of different settings and stones. Eventually I bought an engagement ring, wedding ring & beautiful pendant from the Manchester team. All were delivered within 3 wks. Great service & I highly recommend.
