A friendly team member named Beth served me first and showed me a wonderful selection of different engagement rings, until I was happy with the perfect one, and it great value for money. I picked it up from the equally friendly Hannah a week later. My fiancé was so pleased with it when I proposed soon after!

Really stunning piece of jewellery, the Mrs loved it. Ready made rings off there site is way to go if you can't afford the made to order rings that are already well priced for specs you get.

Ria our assistant was amazing in helping my Mum choose the bracelet to a specification within budget and the product was manufactured within the given timeline - perfect and beautiful! After researching locally (Halifax) and on-line, the Manchester store was a dream to deal with and we got a great deal on price and great service. My Mum was reassured in dealing with a real shop rather than a website. Highly recommended store - the MANCHESTER staff sparkle as much as their Diamonds..!! Definitely see you again!
S. L.A very good experience overall. The website was easy to use and enabled me to do a lot of the research beforehand. Once I was ready to physically view the diamonds and the settings it was very easy to call and book an appointment. I was looked after by a girl called Ria who was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. She was very patient and allowed me all the time I needed to make the right decision. I ordered a bespoke stone and setting and had a very important deadline which the team at Diamond Heaven met. I am very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend these guys! The one and only area for improvement in my opinion would be the special occasion factor. I understand the savings are substantial in comparison to a high street jeweller, however people are still spending huge sums of money on what is for most a once in a lifetime purchase. A little glass of Prosecco or something wouldn't hurt!!! But all in all a great place to buy from!
