Visiting the area from North America about a month ago. I needed a valuation on some jewelry. The experience was excellent and I can 100% recommend this shop. The man who helped me was a gentleman in the true sense of the word. There was no charge for the 45 minutes he spent cleaning the items and giving me a verbal valuation, which was what I needed. I since obtained a written valuation elsewhere in line with what the store in Didsbury gave me. This seems a very honest and trustworthy place, based upon my experience.

I went in todsy to get a necklace, I never really go into jewellers but it looked good on the outside! The lovely lady helped me take on and off my necklace and I bought a lovely piece of silver and I love it! Thankyou for the lovely experience!

First time using this jewellers and had fantastic service. They fixed a necklace for me which is of great sentimental value. It wasn't worth much monetary wise however Sandy treated it as if it was very precious. I'm so happy with the service & result, not to mention it was ready a day early and was v.good value for the new chain & repair. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
