Bought a new Garmin watch yesterday from Fraser Hart at the Trafford Centre. The customer service was excellent. Very attentive. No pressure to buy. I actually walked out to think about the purchase and went back later in the day to finally purchase. Special mention goes too Ahmed. He was patient (I had the strap adjusted about 4 times!) and funny.

We went to Fraser Hart to collect a watch we had ordered. Great service from start to finish. Even had a cheeky glass of Prosecco.My mum ended up buying a necklace too. We were served by the manager and she was lovely. Thank you for making us feel special 😊

Great Customer Service from Adrianne the Store Manager last night. Ordered a Watch online, unfortunately it was delivered not working. Dissapointed, I contacted customer services via email who responded promptly. Rather than post it back I decided to go to my nearest store at Trafford Centre. Adrianne was very attentive and gave me a number of options. Rather than have the watch sent off and wait, as it was the last one within the group of an outgoing model, or have a full refund. I decided to go for the later version of the watch which she offered me a favourable deal on, in way of apology. I left the store impressed and one happy customer. I appreciate things can go wrong but its how a company deals with these hiccups that really makes a difference. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Adrianne

I phone the store to inquire about a specific watch. I spoken to Bethany from customer services. She told me watch wasn’t in stock but it was no trouble to get the watch in for me to view. Few days later I got a phone call to let me know the watch has arrived for me to view in store when convenient. When I visited the store I was welcomed by all staff and Bethany served me. First impression of the watch was WOW I truly loved it & bought it. I can honestly say Bethany was very professional, kind, polite & a treasure to Fraser Hart.!!

Ahmed was brilliant from start to finish. He took care of us like we were his own. He helped us choose the perfect rings and he made sure we got them on time. I visited Fraser Hart at theTrafford Centre, I was looking for a watch to buy as a gift. We were approached and helped by the store manager Andy himself. Excellent customer service right from the beginning to end. He assisted us in buying a Rado watch, and answered all our questions in a great manner. He was so friendly that I actually ended up buying another watch for myself! A perfect place to pick a special gift, I would recommend them unreservedly, and look forward to visiting the store again soon.

Attended Fraser Hart today was struck by the amazing professionalism and warm customer experience that we noticed from your staff especially Ahmed who went above and beyond for us. He is extremely knowledgable and honest and what we enjoyed was the fact at no point we felt pressured or pushed into a decision. This was refreshing as we experienced this in many other stores. Despite having to wait for more than 2 months for an item I purchased from this store, which I was informed at the time it will only take 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered. I purchased my engagement ring from the Trafford Centre branch 6 years ago, recently I noticed the diamond falling out of its setting. I took the ring back to the store with the intention of getting a price to fix it, and then comparing it elsewhere. I went in with my receipts and documents and the girl gave me a price and explained the process, I thanked her and said I'll be back if I wish to go ahead. On hearing this, a woman that I assume to be a Manager at the store came over and asked to look at the ring, I showed her and she said they would send it to be fixed for free given it was a small job and it'd be back in a few weeks. 2 weeks later it was back, fixed and cleaned. Clearly 6 years on I cannot blame the store for the displacement of the diamond! I cannot explain how pleased the store made me feel and how much it meant to me. Their customer service was faultless. Although not a store I'd usually shop in, it's now the first place I'll go for jewellery. Recently I bought a watch and a bracelet as Christmas presents and to be fair, I wouldn't usually have even thought of visiting here however now it's the first place I'll go. Thank you again, your gesture meant the world to me and I am wholeheartedly grateful for your help and perfect customer service.

I felt like Frodo, Me and my fiancée went in a journey to Trafford centre to find our precious and after going to a few shops we found our shire in Fraser Hart and Gandalf (Andy) was our guide to the seek our ring 💍! He went to Mordor and back to tell us what we were looking for in a ring and eventually found them, 2 amazing rings that we now have, our very own precious his and hers, we now fell like the lord and lady of the rings!! I recently bought a gucci watch for my wife on her birthday from the trafford centre fraser hart shop. There were a few issues with it, took it back and without any problems or issues, Rachel sorted everything out for me. She ordered me another 1 and the got the staff to ring me when the new 1 turned up. I could not ask for more. Rachel is an absolute gem, a star.
