Just bought some SIZE 10 boots (unisex) for my 12 ur old daughter!! Yes , it's a nightmare finding shoes for her, she's nearly 6ft too!!! But the young girl here was very , very helpful and could see my predicament!! Anyhow , she made my daughter feel comfortable and more confident in her new boots! Thanks

Great shop display very inviting but the staff are a tad over enthusiastic and quite a few of them pushing for a sale. These products really sell themselves they don't need to be pushed. A more subtle approach to the shopper would be more appropriated especially if the shop is quiet felt uncomfortable and like I had to decide quickly 😚

Possibly the best customer service in the whole of the Trafford Centre. Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10

Beautiful shop but didn't have quite a few of the sizes and models I asked about. When ordered online and had my shoes delivered there, I could not just return them to the shop even though I was right there, I had to go to the post office and post them, which seemed silly and not productive.Friendly staff though.
