As always absolutely faultless service. received a call on Tuesday from David who i have dealt with for a number of years previously in the York branch to say they had a 126621 coming into stock. I have been after this for a long time to add to my collection. I look forward to continuing to grow my collection with Mappin and Webb in the future. a GMT next fingers crossed :)

Excellent service from all staff whenever I visit, especially Nimrah, Helen & Angel. This branch of Mappin & Webb is a great place for a high end purchase with great customer service and support. I had a new watch and two very sentimental rings repaired which now look amazing. Highly recommended. 2nd update - Unfortunately it seems I can't write another review on here so this is an update: Second purchase a few weeks later, great experience again and the very fabulous Nimrah sourced me a new Tudor Black Bay 41 with an amazing blue dial. Highly recommended folks. 3rd update - another great purchase, this time a Cartier Ronde Must 40mm. A beautiful watch in a striking red Cartier box and an 8 year warranty, extended for free when registering with Cartier. thank you again Nimrah.

After wanting my first Rolex for along time now, i wanted to buy one brand new and start a collection, I have walked into other dealers in the past and basically got brushed away. I got in contact with Nimrah back in early 2021 and put my name on the list for my first Rolex, i stayed in contact with Nimrah, she always replied and was always helpful, in May 2022 I got a call from Nimrah saying that my watch was ready to collect, I was so pleased, I collect the watch after that weekend, hopefully this is the first of many, thanks again Nimrah.

Fabulous service from Antony. I wanted a particular Rolex watch which Antony had in stock. He refused to take payment before I saw the watch. A week later, after saving it for me I travelled to Manchester and was made to feel very special, and the service was excellent. I have since realised buying a Rolex watch is only the first part, the main part is where you buy it from. There isn't a day goes by when I don't look at my watch and think of my time spent in Mappin & Webb with Antony looking after me. I look forward to a return visit for another purchase in the future. Visually the showroom is seen to have ample variety of inventory for browsing and is immaculately presented. In addition I have found that the store has adapted with government guidelines with respects to COVID-19 fantastically well, that, by no means has impacted the impeccable service in any way that some would presume otherwise given the situation. It has to be said that Lorraine and her team are a credit to Mappin and Webb and the WOS group as a whole.
