my friend gave me a bracelet from Pandora, but it was so big and I'mnot got the recipe so I went in the shop in Manchester, told them what happen and the girls so nice they just exchange another one for me, I'm so please will go back get more charms .

my pandora bracelet turned black leaving a green ring on my wrist. i returned it with the receipt and packaging to the store and asked for a replacement. i was refused and the Manager offered to clean it. that was saturday, it is now Tuesday and it is black again. now i have to return it again but cant get into town until next week so I am posting here as proof that after three days it is tarnished again.
