After showing pictures of the ring to my firends one of them advised me to conatct Precious Jewels as they had helped her reset her diamond in a hand made ring and she was very happy with it. After contacting Simon I was reassured by his professional approach and three month later I am the proud owner of a stunning ring which was hand made to my own specification. I could not be happier with how they handled my request and with quality and care they put in to their customer care. I highly reccomend them and have already told my friends about them. Thank you Simon for all your help and for helping me find the perfect ring for the perfect occasion, really can't stress enough how happy I am.
