Amazing Customer service Visited a week ago for a ring for my birthday .ieva was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.Offered us drinks while we went through the settings and choice of diamonds .She explained , the clarity, cut etc and what would be suitable . She was so lovely to deal with and made us feel completely as ease. It was a great experience designing our own ring , and will 100 % go back here again .

I would like to share my positive experience at vashi. Buying an engagement ring felt for me a daunting process as I’d had some bad experiences elsewhere, however at vashi throughout the whole process, I felt it was a very smooth and professional service. I felt at ease the whole time. I was lucky to have kal guide me through this. He was the utmost professional, easily building a rapport and going the extra mile. We were struggling to find a size F ring until we discovered Vashi online. Vashi was amazing, in particular, Pamela. She helped us pick the perfect diamond and setting for our engagement. If you’re struggling to find a small sized ring and you need it ASAP then we would definitely recommend Vashi as our ring came within a week. Didn't know where to start when looking for an engagement ring but came across Vashi, the idea of buying online was daunting so went into the Trafford Centre store. Pamela was so helpful not only in picking the most beautiful engagement ring but also gave me ideas on how to propose as she'd been to Venice and that's where I was doing it! Hannah was so helpful and really listened to the things I said I wanted. The time taken to educate me about what I was buying was brilliant and helped me to make my choice. Extremely happy with the service provided by the staff, specially Sanaa Ashraf. Buying the perfect engagement ring can be difficult but the customer service Sanaa showed us made the whole process easy and smooth. She was always at hand via email or even a text away, always quick to respond and even after we left the store I was emailed other designs which were all amazing. I was able to stick within my budget and buy the perfect ring and she also stayed an extra 2 hours after her shift just to make sure I was buying the perfect ring. A big thank you to Sanaa!

I honestly could not recommend Vashi enough, I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from the store. When I first visited, Alison taught me all about diamond specifications in a really friendly and relaxed way. The whole store is a very open and easy environment to be in and I was even able to be involved with setting the stone. Coming back in afterwards is fantastic, we were able to have a small resize done in minutes whilst we waited. Thank you for making everything so straightforward!

I was casually not at all intending to buy JUST browsing in Selfridges as I approach the counter of Vashi. I was very intrigued on how the set up was so I looked around until I was approached by a lovely lady called Sanaa. Sanaa was very friendly, and she was so well spoken, she made me so comfortable that before I knew it I had designed a floating diamond and was in love with everything about it. All through out the process Sanaa and every single member of Vashi was SO patient, friendly and helpful before I knew it I felt like I’ve known them for ages and they all adviced me and dealt with me like friend. It felt home. I am over all very happy with their quality of standard and would recommend buying your jewellery. You won’t just get the best of the quality in the product you’re purchasing but the service will be just as warm and quality.

Was served by Luna. The customer service was amazing. I fully recommend coming to the shop and looking and finding out abouts the different meanings and different recommended diamonds. We were shown the different values and got to look at the diamonds ourself with the help of Luna. We spent around 10 minutes having a look at the quality. The quality and attention to detail is amazing and I would highly recommend. You are even able to make a ring depending on your budget. Highly recommend and will be going back again very soon.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt inclined to on this occasion. My friend and I were shopping in Selfridges and walked past Vashi. Obviously stopped to look at the massive diamond ring at the front. Pamela approached us and got chatting, even let us try on a 57k ring!! It was obvious we weren’t buying but she didn’t even judge us and it honestly made us feel so good. I’m definitely telling my husband to come here to get me a replacement engagement ring since mine was stolen last year and we still haven’t replaced it - won’t be spending 57k though sorry Pamela!

Thoroughly pleasant experience, plenty of advice and friendly service. Good setup, wide variety of bands and settings, you choose the ones you like, then you can add a diamond to suit your budget. Great app they use to vary parameters (clarity, cut, etc) to suit budget. You effectively design your own ring. Having walked around the other jewellers in the TC, I would say that the diamond I added was 50% bigger, so good value as well. Take confidence that it is in Selfridges, but the prices don't have to match the rest of the store. Recommended

Top service, Top staff, Great products, reasonably priced. Something unique. I was walking through Selfridges with my fiancée when we noticed the Vashi counter. The jewellers were working away like beavers making rings. We stopped to look and one of the jewellers Alex looked up and spoke to us. He explained what Vashi were all about and what they did taking time to show us how stones are set in the ring. He told us about how the rings are made and that they are bespoke to whoever orders them. If you order a ring from them it will be unique to you. I was very impressed with this and Alex showed us the range of men’s rings they had on offer and how they were able to customise them. He also said that once it’s made they are able to shape it to your finger. I was impressed so ordered a ring, my fiancée asked if they could clean her engagement ring whilst we were there. Alex did this in 2 minutes and it came up sparkling. As good as new and way better than any other cleanup she’s had from other jewellers. All in all very impressed, couldn’t recommend highly enough.
